We often have hundreds of company records that have to be manually associated with a Parent Company. It would be much more efficient if we could associate a Parent Company to multiple company records at once via the Company List Bulk Update.

Right now we have to manually associate new companies with a parent. We import hundreds of companies for a single parent and should be able to include the Parent Company ID in the import file and have it make the association.

Merging should be an available bulk option when multiple records (that can be merged) are selected in a list view. After selecting all the records, you should be able to select a Merge option that would prompt you to select the "master" record that all others will be merged into.

Hello! I think it would be nice to be able to filter on subscription type in email modules, like: {% if subscription_type = 'subscriptiontype' %} // Do something here {% endif %} One use case is to hide unsubscribe links in a global footer for transactional emails for example.

Currently when you build a report based on your deal stages on the x axis the report only shows the deal stage if there are values for the deal stage, for exampe let's say we have 3 Deal stages: A, B, C in total we have 3 Deals, 2 of them have the stage A and one has the stage C, no deal has stage B In our report on the X axis it will then only show data for A and C. B however doesn't even show up in our report. This would be a nice addition because it gives a bit more clarity, because you don't have to remember all the other deal stages that still exist, but simply don't show up in your report

As I'm building a chatbot in Hubspot, I find that it'd be very useful to be able to hide some fields from properties.

Hello! I have multiple workflows where contacts get assigned to users. What's happening is when a user leaves the organization, we need to manually browse all these workflows and make the change with her/his replacement. Wouldn't be nice if workflows allow assigning users based on defined roles? For eg - If I assign contacts based on their region to different users, can there be a method where we store details of each regional manager and refer that in workflows? (Like HubDB types). So in the future if a region manager gets changed, I can make the change in the table that stores these details instead of making change in all workflows which is prone to errors.

Hi, Wondering if it's possible to create tasks directly through the HubSpot Outlook Plug In instead of going to the hubspot portal on the web to create tasks. Thanks! Anna

I'd love to see the ability to set exception dates for tasks. Currently, I don't work on Thursday, but I'm always having to move my tasks off of Thursdays. I see this working similar to how you can set dates and times for when meetings are available.

This property would allow for HubSpot users to create internal networks or webs of connectedness between contacts logged in the system. In creating a way to build relationships between contacts outside of the structure of cardinality to Companies, we will be able to show contact popularity/influence within the sphere of our specific industry and record library. The goal of the property is to create a pseudo-follower/following system to showcase influence and popularity within a contact library. A property highlighting which contacts follow, or have positive relationships, with other contacts will facilitate reporting showing which contacts have the highest ratings of influence within a contact library or list respectively. This function is often useful in the context of social media, and helps create clear representations of influence and connectedness.
