Easy fix but would help avoid some confusion. As we know, Regular emails have a "Send Test Email" function which works great for reviewing emails before being sent. Automated emails also have a "Send Test Email" button, however this function does not actually work. (Confirmed with Drew @ HubSpot Support) To test Automated Emails you must run a test through the workflow where they will be implemented.  With the "Send Test Email" button still showing and being seemingly functional ("Message Sent" Confrimation still pops up) it creates some unnecassary confusion. Suggestion: Remove the button and or replace the button pop up letting users know they must test automated emails through the workflow. Can provide pictures upon request. Best Regards ...read more

In Conditional Sections for Sidebars, you can make sections only viewable by certain teams which is extremely useful. But when you have a company-wide section you want all teams to inherit you cannot simply choose All Teams, you have to go through every individual team. Campaign revenue calculations and goals are way too simplistic to be useful. They simply read all revenue that has been brought in during the campaign period even if it's completely unrelated.   I highly recommend making campaign goals more advanced (filter options like you can to create lists) so you can actually measure what your company deems as success versus these arbitrary measurements that HubSpot currently offers.   Personally, I need to set campaign goals for number of deals created, closed, new deals added to a pipeline, etc. so that I can actually see if our campaign is having the impact we want to have.
