I would love the ability to pop-out to new window when using the external content on dashboard feature. For example, I put a link to a custom view link or link to a google docs folder - I would love if we could then pop that window out to full screen for more complete access if desired.

It would be good to have a column for the sequence that a task is associated to, currently there isn't a way to see this, and it makes it an extremely manual task to view what tasks are associated to which sequence.

When setting a task, i would like to see how many tasks are already set for the day i want to add a task (without going in to another page) prehaps a pop up.

HubSpot's drag and drop editor is easy to use and has many good features. However if you add a section into an email which as 2 columns or more, you cannot change the background column of each column. All you are able to do is change the column of the whole section (all columns). This feature means we cannot create the templates for marketing eamils as we would wish. Would be great to see this feature updated in the future! 🙂

While the HubSpot score is great for scoring leads & opportunities, by adding a few filters, we could also track the engagement of customers. I know this is not applicable to all businesses, but adding a filter in the scoring feature for "all emails" combined with a filter to exclude previous campaign scores, we could see the engagement of customers on a never ending scale. Ideally, we could say if a contact/company hits above ~1000 points, they automatically enroll as a target account.

I'd like to be able to create a tile like this that shows month-to-month and cumulative bookings or pipeline performance against the plan. I don't believe this is possible in Hubspot today? mock-up of desired tile

When you are using a Popup CTA as a Banner along with a Chat bubble the bubble is covered by the banner. This prevents a user from accessing the Chat bubble while the banner is being displayed. I can change the z-index of the widget iframe from 9998 to 9999 within my css file but thought it would be better if it did that by default.

When sending links to documents within emails from Hubspot and the sender/user forgets to deselect the "Require an email address from all other viewers" checkbox when inserting the link, it creates a new contact if the recipient enters a faulty (typo) email address. Please give the option to default the Documents so that NO email address is required to view the document(s).
