There isn't a way to change case sensitivity search settings. For example: I'm searching my contact list for certain individuals based on a list of names I was given (i.e. Lawrence Young); I noticed that some of the contacts in HubSpot are listed under a nickname (Larry Young), but I don't have access to/know their nicknames in real life. If I look for Lawrence Young in HubSpot, I won't get any results because he's listed as "Larry Young" there. If I just search by last name, my list is inundated with results. Ideally, I would love to search my contact list by first initial, last name, but right now, HubSpot's search criteria doesn't allow for partial matches (if I search "L Young" I don't get any results).   ...read more

When we send out an email, we want to be able to view a report of each individual contact, how many times they opened or clicked the email, and other values such as company name, state, etc.    We can export out the list of recipients for an individual email from Hubspot, but the values in that export are just TRUE/FALSE, and we're unable to add any additional fields to that report to help us assign to the correct territory.    The end goal - use this data to prioritize our sales team's outreach, dropping more engaged prospects into a different sales cadence.   Seeing that a contact has opened X number of marketing emails doesn't help, as we want this to be specific to individual email sends and campaigns.   ...read more

I would love to be able to add the "Performance" section of the Reports -> Analytics Tools -> Forms page to a dashboard. It's a great summary, and much clearer than even a chart with a comparison field.    1 - This is  for marketers and anyone monitoring the conversion success of their forms.  2 - The goal is to see at a glance if your forms have improved in performance.  3 - The value is that you will be able to quickly see if you're trending in the right direction, as opposed to having to do the math yourself or eyeballing a chart.  4 - The "Performance" section already exists in Reports -> Analytics Tools -> Forms. I am looking for assistance with a report we are using for an implementation pipeline. I set it up with "correct" filters to see the # of tickets that entered certain stages in the last 30 days. This means if the tickets EVER went into those specified stages, even if they have moved out. Example being, a ticket went into the Suspended Status a week ago, but was moved to Live. We still want to see that ticket being show in the report as having been entered the Suspended Stage at some point in the last 30 days.    After talking with support, it seems the filters would be correct in theory, but it still only just shows tickets that in are those stages currently. Support mentioned this would be something along the lines of static report.    I find this type of report to be extremely useful, especially to a larger audience, when trying to identify issues, delays, etc. It is also a good indicator of performance depending on how a pipeline would be setup. ...read more

Issue: Marketing and sale teams need to find patterns with Contacts activity with campaigns lasting months or years.     MacGyver solution: Lead scoring.    Solves looks like: Have a tool (report) showing Contacts that are consistently engaging in a Campaign.    Use case example: Sending monthly newsletters - wouldn't a report triggered by x number of opens/clicks etc by Contact creating a Sequence to activities for future MQLs? ...read more

Currently, using HubSpot's conversation system, if an agent is set to "away", they will not get assigned chat conversations but they will get assigned form submissions on a round-robin basis if they are tied to an email that the form is submitted (a general email, such as support@company.com). We should be able to have the "away" status apply even to form submissions as vacations and sick leave exist, and it's a very standard feature for most ticketing/conversation applications not to have anything assigned to an agent that is 100% unavailable. ...read more

Buenos días. Uno de los problemas que hemos notado es que cuando un cliente contesta a un email automatizado la respuesta no queda reflejada en el perfil del cliente (aunque ya está creado) . Sería ideal que los emails automatizados tuvieran ya integrado el email de seguimiento  correspondiente o la posibilidad de ponerlo cuando se configura el correo que recibirá el cliente en CCO.
