Hubspot's HTML signature has limited capabilities. When I insert my signature is says it is an "unsupported HTML", yet it works in all my other e-mailing applications. This same HTML signature works just fine when inserting it into marketing e-mails via adding an HTML module, so I think hubspot just needs to use the marketing HTML modules for email signatures.

Use the Service Hub portal to securely share documents with customers (think things like contracts and other legal documents that are unique to each customer). It seems like a portal is primarily for tickets, but it would be great if it could be extended in this way.

The CEO of a brand wanted to see a report of the marketing team's activity, to see if the team were exploiding the tool to it's fullest. Like see if they sent emails or created landing pages or workflows, etc.

Every email app has this functionality, to be able to only include the email sigature in the original email. Having an email signature in every reply makes long email threads unwieldy and clogs up the activity section. Please implement this suggestion.

I think it would be a great option if you were able to turn off associations from deal to deal or pipeline to pipeline. Our company keeps on running into over associating deal activity with other deals that the activity has nothing to do with. This is mostly from employees not remembering to remove associations on that specific activity they are adding. I do think this an unnecassary sales step for them to have to worry about though.

It would be awesome to be able to have all advanced filters shared under contact advanced filters and vice versa. I like to work from the contacts dashboard and create views with advanced filters for my team and my team has to bounce back and fourth from calls and contacts. Few filters that I would like to include on advanced filters for contacts would be call notes, call outcome, call activity date. Calls advanced filters should be able to include lead status as well.

I inquired how to remove the white border to each email section that becomes visible on dark mode and I was explained that it is only possible by manually coding each email. These borders make our emails look sloppy and unprofessional. Anything you can please do to give us the option to remove them if desired would be appreciated.

Disappointed to see that we cannot break historical snapshot pipeline reports by fiscal quarter, only by traditional quarter. Means inconsistent reporting with the rest of our data across the CRM.
