Currently Hubspot's sitemap is showing http instead of https, the XML file that the sitemap loads under is attributed to http protocol by default, rather than https. This can be misleading as it can be confusing to click into the sitemap for a secure site, only to see non-secure versions (http) listed. Hi,   GDPR needs explicit consent not only to send communications but also to store and process personal data. The way in which HubSpot works right now is not complying to GDPR. Users can send the forms without checking the consent checkbox, but their data is still stored by HubSpot. This DOES NOT comply to the GDPR. A message stating that the user consents the STORAGE and PROCESSING of his/her data and such checkbox being mandatory is the ONLY way to comply to the GDPR and enable HubSpot and we, your customers, to store data from the users of our websites.   Please make this option to make the checkbox mandatory ASAP.   Thanks,   Javier ...read more

Last week the Social Calendar went live and it was a pleasant surprise as it will be helpful in managing our social media posts. However, I think it could use an update in functionality already. While you can see your published and scheduled posts on the calendar you are unable to see your drafted posts.  We have multiple social media content creators who have been instructed to create their post in draft mode and then it is reviewed and scheduled to be published by our social media manager.   To not be able to see a calendar view of our drafts makes scheduling difficult. I'd like for you to add the option to filter / toggle social media posts between Published, Scheduled and Draft so that you can see them collectively or by themselves on the Social Calendar.  ...read more

We'd like to target our NPS survey based on Company properties, rather than Contact properties.   We have a custom integration that puts Company-specific information the HubSpot Company object (i.e. start date for premium account, end date for premium account, subscription type, etc.). It would be helpful if we could target NPS survey (the lead flow-like float-in survey) as opposed to the e-mail, so that the survey could be presented to all associated contacts when the visit a specific webpage.   This would help us target and engage the right customers without putting company or subscription details on each and every individual contact record. ...read more
