Hello together, Hubspot absolutely needs an intermediate function in marketing for pure email marketing. The leap from €40 to over €700 is simply too big for most companies, which means that another system such as "Active Campaign" is always used. If there was an intermediate step here, without ads, landing pages and a blog, we would have dozens of new customers who would book directly and move away from Active Campaign to Hubspot. Unfortunately, most of our clients don't need landing pages etc. because that's all already in place or mapped via WordPress. But email marketing through Hubspot would be perfect, but just for this feature it is not possible to justify the price of 700€ more. The step with more form sequence automations "mini-workflows" in the forms was clearly the right one! Problem, however, it excludes 80-90% of all leads you generate these days! Very few still come through the website, it's lead forms from LinkedIn, Facebook, Google or events, cold calling where the leads come from and not the form which I can only embed on the website.... We urgently need a solution here to be able to keep our customers on Hubspot and not have to see how another tool has to be used. Kind regards Tim ...read more

It would be useful to have certain email performance metrics show up on the contact's profile under HubSpot default properties. Ex. Opens by email client and Time spent viewing email   If this information could be updated in the contact's properties, it could be used to see that the client officially engaged with the email.    This could be a great way to overcome Apple's new privacy feature.  ...read more

the deals view only allows excluding data minimising your data based on the filters on properties. However in our over view we would need the possiblility to add more information based on a certain filter/property. it would make it more user friendly to have this option aswell! It would be great if we could group emails and/or workflows to enable simpler selection in lists and/or other workflows.   Eg, I want a list of anyone who has opened or clicked on an email in a nurture workflow of 5 emails. I currently have to enter the emails individually in list criteria. And if I want opens or clicks (now important because of the iOS privacy changes, since HS bot filters may miss opens), I need to specify the email and the action individually.   Also, if we have multiple similar workflows (eg different for each persona, but otherwise the same) and want to take the same action based on something that could occur in any of the workflows, the ability to group them would help.   A group feature, even if by selecting all emails/nurtures in a folder, would greatly simplify selection criteria for subsequent actions.  ...read more

It is extremely irritating when I download a list of contacts from HS and HS insists on giving me the internal values from "original source drill-down 2" (e.g. userId:2563412) instead of the internal name (e.g. Joe Bloggs). I can of course work round it in the Excel doc via 'replace' but, in a large list with potentially dozens of different internal values, it is a complete pain! I noticed that many ramsomware, spyware or malware whatever is runing out off control across Internet. I don´t have valious content but nobody is safe nowadays from scams, data looses or phishing, vishing, grooming, id suplantation, cibercrimes all around. It seems every file we get is a potential risk for our devices, in some way or another. It seems Danger is in every emai. I don´t feel safe these days when the world gets crazy. I´m looking forward a guide of resources or tips or solutions or instructions related to cibersecurity for dummies. Also Apps and Defenders for free (I can´t pay for premium versions).
