When one of our staff members calls out sick or on emergency leave, we would like to have a way to prevent them from getting any more meetings scheduled for that day. We used to use Calendly, and there was a way to change one person's availability to simply be unavailable for any specific date you choose. This then prevents customers from booking a meeting with them through any round-robin or one-on-one link, all in one go. I haven't found anything similar for HubSpot Meetings. It looks like you could: 1. Go through each of the staff member's one-on-one scheduling pages, set them to a specific date range rather than a number of rolling weeks, and make sure today is not included in that date range. 2. Remove them from all round-robin events temporarily. But, that's messy and cumbersome and runs the risk of forgetting to put everything back to normal later. The best solution seems to be for the staff member to put an out-of-office/busy block on their calendar itself, which should work fine for most circumstances. But if someone is, say, without internet access for some reason, they may not be able to do this, and we'd like to have a backup plan within HubSpot.
