We've built a quote based workflow that creates an invoice once the quote has been electronically signed. This works great except that the invoice adds the quote signer as the contact rather than the contact who pays the invoice at the company. Usually they are two different people. Having the invoice automatically generated is great, but it's not fully automated because we can only select the first associated contact in HubSpot, so once it's created, we have to go back in and update who the contact is before sending the invoice out. It would be great if this dropdown (see picture) included association labels so we could say connect the contact who is associated to this quote/deal with the association label "Accounts Payable POC".

I would like every object to come with one searchable tag property where you enter search terms for the object separated by commas. Or just a text field where the text is searchable. (Currently we add curly brackets to the end of our deal names with a list of alternate client names, internal ID numbers, acronyms for the client's name, etc. so that the deals are more searchable. It looks cluttered but is necessary to cut down on internal "I can't find that client" calls/emails.)

As a content marketer, I want to be able to choose a contact list for "Email domains to block" in forms. Right now, I need to add email domains individually (and manually) to each form. Every time we discover a new competitor we want to block from accessing our content, I need to update every form one-by-one. By choosing a list, I can keep a single, consistent repository of domains I want to block that I can implement consistently across all forms — removing opportunities for error and lots of manual work.

We require one of the standard data privacy checkboxes to be ticked to ensure compliance, but it would be nice to have that disappear or be prepopulated if they have previously checked it.

The idea: It would be awesome if developers could extend theme modules with their own custom modules. Case: 1. We have created pages based on the theme bought in MP by default theme is read-only 2. If we want to create our own module we are able to do this only by creating the module somewhere in the Desing Manager files and picking it up only from "all modules". In my opinion, the list is not very clear, there is no search and it is hard to guess that the end user should look there for "extra" modules. Solution: It would be great if the modules were created in the "child theme" or in some other way (eg. adding a field in module settings that would assign them to the selected theme) and then could be available in the "theme modules" section.

We should be able to configure the front end as we want, for example i want to be able to hide the option "Create " on the new object i created.

It would be fantastic if we could manually set the amount of time a user can be passively logged in to their portal. Currently users can leave themselves logged in for weeks! would love to change that to a 3-5 day maximum.

My client would like the ability to dynamically pull in deal information into landing pages to help have a client facing dashboard/portal almost for open deals. They are a SaaS company connecting Freelancers to Companies and the projects the company needs completed. They'd like to share proposals for the project via landing pages with the client and they'd also like to have a weekly status report showing the progress of the project on a landing page for the client. I realize that with how HubSpot is set up right now this is difficult considering a contact can be associated with multiple deals - so how would the landing page know which deal to pull information for? I'm wondering if we could use UTMs/referral links to dynamically pull the right deal's information when they visit the pages or give them a way to toggle between all of their active deals? Would be a game changer and I'm sure there are many more use cases beyond just ours.
