Last week the Social Calendar went live and it was a pleasant surprise as it will be helpful in managing our social media posts. However, I think it could use an update in functionality already. While you can see your published and scheduled posts on the calendar you are unable to see your drafted posts.  We have multiple social media content creators who have been instructed to create their post in draft mode and then it is reviewed and scheduled to be published by our social media manager.   To not be able to see a calendar view of our drafts makes scheduling difficult. I'd like for you to add the option to filter / toggle social media posts between Published, Scheduled and Draft so that you can see them collectively or by themselves on the Social Calendar.  ...read more

We'd like to target our NPS survey based on Company properties, rather than Contact properties.   We have a custom integration that puts Company-specific information the HubSpot Company object (i.e. start date for premium account, end date for premium account, subscription type, etc.). It would be helpful if we could target NPS survey (the lead flow-like float-in survey) as opposed to the e-mail, so that the survey could be presented to all associated contacts when the visit a specific webpage.   This would help us target and engage the right customers without putting company or subscription details on each and every individual contact record. ...read more

A few months Google started showing longer meta descriptions in search engine results. Up to 320 characters.   It seems that Google is now shoring shorter descriptions again: https://yoast.com/shorter-meta-descriptions/   The character limit counter for meta descriptions is still set to 300 in HubSpot. With the new GDPR form features, I can choose a specific subscription a contact gets when filling out a form (e.g. "Other communication"). I want the contact to confirm this subscription via double opt-in, which can be enabled in the settings.    What is happening in this use case, though, is that when a new contact confirms the double opt-in with a click in the confirmation email, the contact is signed into ALL subscription types we have, not just the one I chose on the form.    While GDPR does not explicitly require double opt-ins, it does require users to confirm every type of communication that they want to receive sperately, which means on subscription type level. So the way this works right now we can't even use the double opt-in function.   Thanks for tackling this asap. ...read more
