Hi team, posting on behalf of my customer.    They would like the subject title of all their replies sent out from the Conversations inbox to say "Your XYZ inquiry..."   At the moment, the only way they can achieve this is through selecting a template when they reply a conversation, but they would like to be able to pre-set this so that even if a rep forgets to pull a template, the subject title will be accurate.      ...read more

Beyond seriously needing a 'dark mode' editor within the email editor something needs to be done about how the Hubspot emails are currently being converted to dark mode in the gmail app clients (regardless of OS system). Our audience is around 70% gmail app users and we've been having major complaints from clients about this issue. Seems the only workaround currently is to make your email just images, no live text or CTAs which is generally bad practice. Very frustrating.  ...read more

I would like to link tickets together. In my case, we have five pipelines, with fiver different teams managing the work. From time to time, these tickets need to be transferred to a pipeline to complete the scope of the work request.    This is especially true of our Support Queue, which accounts for all incoming conversations from customers via email/chat/forms. Ideally, I would like to keep this ticket on the Support Queue pipeline to track the incoming conversations by company/contact. However, currently, I must transfer pipelines. The data in my Support Queue becomes inaccurate, if I want to move the ticket back to Support, the other pipelines are then inaccurate in terms of work completed.    In the instance of Conversations, I cannot link a conversation to another conversation, I can only merge a ticket associated with a conversation that merges them all together. However, I get similar/trending requests daily and I have to report on everything individually. I would like to link or associate these together.   Natively, we can associate multiple companies, contacts, and even JIRA issues to a ticket, but not another ticket to a ticket or conversation to conversation.    JIRA offers a similar feature. ...read more

Filing on behalf of a customer. More record permissions are needed. When deals are set to team only and unassigned is checked within team A, users on team B can see the deals for team A by checking the company record to see associated deals. The customer would like to hide team A deals on the company record from team B while also allowing team B being able to view the company details and associated contacts. Thank you.  ...read more

Hallo, nach Abstimmung mit dem Support fehlt leider ein gewohntes Feature, welches im normalen/bisherigen Meeting-Tool verfügbar ist: Wenn ein Kontakt jetzt neuerdings ein Meeting mit Hilfe der neuen Funktion auf Grund einer vorgeschlagener Zeit bucht, sollte der Organisator bzw. HubSpot-User so wie beim klassischen Meeting-Tool eine interne E-Mail gesendet bekommen, dass dieser nun tatsächlich auch gebucht wurde. Ansonsten kommt es zu Irritationen, da Kontakte Meetings auf Grund der vorgeschlagenen Zeit gebucht haben und der Organisator bzw. HubSpot-User gar keinen aktiven Trigger von HubSpot erhalten hat, dass dieser auch gebucht wurde.   Auch sich selbst einen Workflow für eine solche Benachrichtung zu schreiben ist nicht möglich, da die vorhanenden Eigenschaftsfelder zu Meetings im Kontakt z. B. "Quelle der letzten Buchung im Meeting-Tool" oder bei Aktivitäts-Eigenschaften z. B. "Meeting-Quelle" zwar vorhanden sind aber durch Nutzung dieser Funktion komischer Weise nicht befüllt/aktualisiert werden. ...read more
