I would like to link tickets together. In my case, we have five pipelines, with fiver different teams managing the work. From time to time, these tickets need to be transferred to a pipeline to complete the scope of the work request. This is especially true of our Support Queue, which accounts for all incoming conversations from customers via email/chat/forms. Ideally, I would like to keep this ticket on the Support Queue pipeline to track the incoming conversations by company/contact. However, currently, I must transfer pipelines. The data in my Support Queue becomes inaccurate, if I want to move the ticket back to Support, the other pipelines are then inaccurate in terms of work completed. In the instance of Conversations, I cannot link a conversation to another conversation, I can only merge a ticket associated with a conversation that merges them all together. However, I get similar/trending requests daily and I have to report on everything individually. I would like to link or associate these together. Natively, we can associate multiple companies, contacts, and even JIRA issues to a ticket, but not another ticket to a ticket or conversation to conversation. JIRA offers a similar feature.
