We use workflows to send emails to internal team members to notify them of form fills, engagement, and other things. Our spam filters changed and we started bouncing the internal marketing emails from hubspot. We were not notified of this and ended up making 12 of our internal team members marked as invalid recipients due to too many hard bounces. It took us three months to notice this and several hundred leads that we were delayed in responding to. It would be awesome to have the ability to be notified or be able to create lists or reports of all non-contact email recipients where the email bounced or was not sent due to an invalid recipient. ... Hi wonderful people,   I have been working with this client who's using HubSpot for the past 2 weeks. Sometimes, they would love to create a contact table view which they will share with everyone in the team and lock this view so no one else is able to tamper with it. In short, they want to have control over a specific table view which they call "Master Contacts View" and be able to share with everyone. However, only they will be able to edit that particular view. They want a situation whereby when everyone clicks to see the contacts page, that specific table view can be set as a default where everyone lands on but cannot edit, although team members can create other table views for themselves if they want.   Secondly, still, on the contacts table view, they want to be able to "pin, edit, create and make defaults" filters just as we have with views.   I told them I would submit the idea and see what @hubspot can do about that.   Very best regards, Bukunmi-Matt ... I'm using If/Then Branches in a Ticket-based workflow. In normal situations, a customer submits a form on our website and loads an image. We are adding a Note to the Ticket confirming that they 'uploaded a file' to the Ticket. So I can validate that there is an image attached when I 'validate' the Note Body. However, I am struggling to find a way to check when there is NO attachment in the Ticket (in which case my workflow will send them an email to ask them to send one by email).    In the Ticket workflow:   There's no way to check for No Attachments.  I tried Note = Unknown I tried Note Body doesn't contain 'uploaded a file' or is empty (as suggested by HubSpot Support) I know I could probably check 'Last Activity Date' but that seems rather generic. I'd rather be specific and check that the Ticket doesn't contain an attachment....   Any ideas gratefully received! (in the interim I've asked our Developer to update another custom property on the Ticket, but seems a bit long-winded for a simple need 😄 )       ... Mostrar más

It would be nice to filter SEO recommendations by URL path. In this example, we are a global company with dozens of URLs for different countries. With the way the tool is currently built, we have no way of filtering between .com/us, or /pt, or /ca, etc.    This makes the tool almost useless because not being able to filter makes this too time-intensive.  ... It would be great if we had an easy way to see how workflows are connected. We can remove contacts from specific workflows or all workflows, and we can enroll them in toehr workflows, but once you have a few going, you might want a roadmap of what's connected. It can't be in the head of the creator. While we can see some this under Details > View Connections, it feels like it's buried and doesn't give a good visual.    Putting the roadmap in a spreadsheet or Miro board (or an IRL whiteboard) can work, but it's not part of the HubSpot data now. And not collaborative. I'd love to see this in my HubSpot portal in a different way.  ... Mostrar más
