It would be great if we could have more flexibility when it comes to editing and personalizing the style and content of the documents in the Documents tool before sending them to clients or even automating them like the template function in Pipedrive.   We often use document templates containing different types of information and we edit/personalize it before sending it to the contact or customer for example in an NDA or IOI. We suggest to add "Matrices" question type on Hubspot forms.  Also the feature of skip/hide some questions dependeing the answer. It's availabe on Google forms, Typeform, Qualtrics, and a lot of serveys tools.   Attatched an example of it.  Best!   ...read more

Hi everyone! I am currently renewing parts of our website due to its old and outdated custom templates that no longer work using only HS designs. I realized that the global page footer only offers the opportunity to add URL Links/ HS sites and no other elements. In our old custom template, we were able to include direct e-mail links, a preview of our lated blog posts and some other features. Even the the space provided for HS forms does not work smoothly as our brand new contact form is not displayed correctly. Hi team! I'm posting this on behalf of a customer who encountered a roadblock when trying to use the Google Sheet integration to add data to Google Sheets with workflows. Currently, the WFs can only send data from the enrolled records, but not from the associated records. For example, we have a workflow that enrolls contacts that submitted a form containing ticket properties, and we would like to send the contacts and ticket information that was input in the form. Right now, it is only possible to send contact properties when using a contact-based WF, but when we have form submissions that contain ticket or deal properties, having the possibility to send the data collected in the form to Google Sheets would be very very helpful. ...read more

It would be beneficial for both company and user to be able to choose which subscription type will appear when a user accesses the page to manage their email subscription preferences.    For example, when an individual salesperson (John) sending a one to many email, the user is given the option to unsubscribe from John's email list, but not the rest of the salespeople, because 1. they will not receive emails from the rest of them ever, and 2. the list of names clutters the screen and has bad UX.  ...read more
