Hey there!   Quite regularly I connect people with each other. Networking 101.  As HubSpot has a beautiful interface and great integrations with E-Mail providers I would love to see a feature that allows me to easily share entire contacts with others via e-mail.   This is how it could look like: You write an introductory email or something similar You click the HubSpot Button (that's now only for Follow Up Tasks) you choose "Insert Contact" it opens up your CMS where you can search for the desired contact(s) you choose the ones you'd like to share you choose the properties you'd like to share (email, address, etc.) HubSpot then creates a beautiful and simple text / image box into that email HubSpot also creates a file, link or whatever so that the contact details can easily be imported into any other CRM (e.g. vCard or similar) HubSpot finally creates a record that you have referred / introduced those contacts to each other That would be a huge time saver and also super professional and helpful to nurture business relationships.    What do you think? ...read more

The HubSpot property called "Amount" is used, by default, in the deal summary section (I don't know the official name for this section)...where it shows the deal description, "Amount", Close Date, Stage, and Pipeline.  I need for the Amount property to be auto-calculated based on my needs.  I created a property called "Total Contract Value", that auto-calculates based on certain deal terms.  This is very specific and helpful, whereas "Amount" is nebulous and general.  Worse, "Amount" requires a manual entry, and the deal summary section cannot be modified (at least, that's what I'm told by HubSpot support).   I'd like to propose that HubSpot either:  a) make the "Amount" property modifiable, so that I can change it to a calculation; or b) make that deal summary section modifiable, so that I can replace "Amount" with a property of my choosing.   Randy   ...read more

Hi,   I think it's needed that Conversation Intelligence (CI) has an integration with Google Meet. A lot of companies are based on Google Workspace and using Google tools so it would be great to have that implemented for Sales Hub Enterprise.      ...read more

I'd like to give support and sales team leaders the ability to manage team members availability for chat.   Currently to do so I need to give account access which provides a number of default access permissions that can't be diabled, such as "Create and edit products from the products library" and "Edit which fields appear when creating a new record."   It would be great to be able to just give these team leaders the ability to manage their team's availability.  ...read more

I would like to be able to report on what Network an Ad was on when the user clicked on it. In Google Ads you can segment by Network (Google Search, Search Partners, Display Network, etc) and we want to be able to verify if some networks deliver more qualified leads than others, but we can't tie contacts to one network vs. the other. ...read more

Would like to have a chance to mass update email domains. We have had a few companies that either got bought out or went through a name change, which has in turn changed their domain. With having 30+ contacts under some of these companies, being able to change all at once would be most helpful. ...read more

We would like to see an easy way to see from which countries our email campaigns have been opened. We do not want to create a contact report for every email sent. We would just like to view the countries in the campaign analytics view of the related email. ...read more

I want to analyze the activity on newsletter recipients and their click rate. In order to find the group of people who received one email but did not receive the second, i need to make three lists. If there was a filter option WAS NOT SENT EMAIL then i could do it in one list. ...read more
