We have 2 workflows that alternate with each other every week. Would love to automate that. One way this could be accomplished is to be able to set a regular workflow schedule, that the on/off toggle could happen at an interval that I set. Ie. Toggle workflows on/off every Sunday. This would result in the workflow being on a week, off a week, on a week, off a week and so on.

Hello, We have a workflow that we sometimes need to modify (eg: the values of the properties that will be set by this workflow will vary every 3 months). Also, the trigger of the workflow is based on properties' values that won't changed, but some conditions inside the worflow depend on properties whose values will sometimes change. So in that case, right now the only solution I have to re-run the worklow (to take into account the changes in properties' values) is to clone it, so that it's a new workflow that will execute when I save and activate it. But instead, it would be very useful to be able to manually relaunch an existing workflow, based on the current values of the properties. The only option atm is to enroll deals manually one-by-one but that won't work with the amount of deals we have in the pipe. Thanks, E

It would be useful to be able to change the status of a ticket via the service> tickets menu in the rows view. This would mean we wouldn't have to go into each ticket individually to update the ticket status. see screenshot

Since legal topics are important to monitor, an overview page for Super Users would be needed where you can see the latest changes in all documents published on HubSpot Legal, Security, GDPR etc. pages. Hi Hubspot, Since we can see our competitor's engagement rate for each of their SoMe-post, I was hoping this would be available for our own analytics as well. It would be cool to be able to benchmark it. Hope you will make this visible soon 🙂 Thanks, Mette

Allow a list creation filter which allows you to show all users who opened any email assigned to a specific campaign. Would save a lot of manual entry for accounts with large volume of emails.

Hello, It would be very useful to have the ability to have Property synonyms. For example, it would be great if I could say a synonym of "Postal Code" is "zip, zip code" that way, if I have non-HubSpot forms, these fields would be brought in to the Contact. Another option is to possibly be able to just edit the Properties created by Hubspot. Sometimes the ones HubSpot creates do not fit a company's terminology and can be confusing to users. So yes - we can create a new property that fits but then we have all these useless un-used properties that we cannot delete. Not sure why we can't just edit the Names and maybe you keep Internal Name locked if some consistency is necessary.

Hello - It would be awesome to have the ability to create a single property field with multiple "field types" For example: Create a field that is: What is your favorite color? > Green > Blue > Red > Other: Type your response The field would have both a dropdown select and a single-line text option under field types. Whenever I create an article in the Knowledge Base, I consistently have difficulty using the editor to create headings within my article. When I highlight the text I would like to turn into a heading, surrounding text converts into a heading to. Sometimes I can workaround this by creating huge spaces around the text I would like to convert into a heading and deleting the space between (using shift + delete) but I would say that even that is inconsistent and I end up spending almost as much time on formatting my article as I do writing it from scratch. A core part of my job is serving as the knowledge base writer/administrator for my company so I spend up to 50% of my week writing knowledge base articles. In the below screenshot, the text I tried to convert to a header was Cycle Setup-- the text immediately below it also was converted into a heading (which didn't surprise me) as was all of the following text in the article.
