As marketers, we have to adhere to our brand guidelines. So I find it confusing that hubspot, one of the leading marketing software, hinders your ability to do so with rich text. You give us the option of only 14 fonts for rich text. That's headers, body text, etc. But you allow us to use ANY font for button text. Our main font is Open Sans, an incredibly common font. Why in the world would you not have open sans as an option? And why in the world is New Courier an option when that is almost entirely used for scripts for screenplays? ...read more

Currently, when you create a new module file in the HubSpot design tools, you get the option to generate for web, blog, email etc. Why not add the option for CTAs? Then make the new module show up in the Add dialog for the CTA editor?   The symmerty between tthe CMS page editing esperience and the new CTA layout tool is encouraging, but undermined by the stlying differences between the two and the lack of extensibility. Adding new modules would help many of us get around the current style limitations that negatively impact the use of this new tool. ...read more

I would like to know if someone could change the first setting inside the CTA. The description says : Activate when a button is clicked When the visitor clicks a button on a page, show this CTA Use it with a button on any HubSpot page. To set up the trigger, choose a button module on any HubSpot page. From the Button Link menu, choose CTA. This option is by default and it is not changeable. Goal: I'd like to create a desktop version of my CTA, and a version which is optimized for mobile.   I see the option to turn off a slide-in CTA when viewed on smaller screens, but can you add an option to create a separate layout for mobile screens?   I've been playing with the responsive layouts options within the CTA settings, but it really lacks control of how the slide-in CTA appears on smaller screens. I'd much prefer to design an alternative version of my CTA that would work for smaller screens.   This would add value for all teams creating CTA slide ins, pop-ups (or other types of CTAs) who don't want to show a poorly laid out CTA on smaller screens, but also who don't want to miss those potential cutomers. ...read more

It will be really helpful if we can get the functionality to use form submits via CTAs (legacy and beta) directly in workflows as triggers. Right now we can only use CTA views and clicks. ...read more

For forms, it would be very interesting if responses could be added using sliders (for numeric fields) and Toggle Switches for dropdown responses with two options. I am confident that this interface would enhance the form's conversion rate. ...read more

Hi, I've been a marketer for thirty some years now, mostly in the industrial materials area.  One of the common threads of this experience is that Sales has the expectation that Marketing will generate qualified leads that they can turn into new revenue, but when Marketing actually generates those leads and does a fine job to ensure that they are high quality and qualified, the sales organization does not follow up on them.     In my current role with a small, very progressive and talented industrial materials company (with 5 reps), we've made investments in our website, advertising, Hubspot CTA's and processes that have tripled our website activity from new prospects and our lead flow.   Yet when I look at the leads that we have graded as "A" and sent to our sales organization, the follow-up on those leads is poor to middling and, of course, varies by sales rep.     So my question is this:  what are the best practices that organizations have used to ensure that field reps accept ownership and actually follow up on marketing qualified leads?  What changes in Hubspot have companies implemented to support these best practices.  We do not use "Deals" today, but instead do basic lead management using the contact records and lead status. ...read more

The new Popup CTA is more structured than the old slider function. This means that you can do a lot of versions until putting it online. This makes them more similare to LP. But despite this, in Popup CTA there isn't a function of revision history, and this makes the job heavier. I propose to add this same feature to Popup CTA too. ...read more
