When we use the calendar function to drag to schedule/reschedule social posts, it clears the campaign information so that no campaign is associated with the post. It's problematic to have to reassign a campaign each time we reschedule social posts. The assigned campaign should stay with the post. ...read more

I have to constantly go in to HubSpot and delete contacts and companies that I do not want emails logged for. As the business owner, there are some discussions that should not be available to all our hubspot users. I am consistently forgetting to toggle the Log in CRM check box, so I will miss emails that I want logged, or log ones that should not be included. If there were a way to set the default functionality for specific contacts, that would be VERY helpful. Thanks! ...read more

Just a suggestion, but for those individuals who are keyboard oriented and just want to make a quick comment / email, task, etc.. would be very helpful if the first TAB after text entry would by design go to the 'Save' / 'Send' / 'Create' button. (next TAB could always be to the button options)   Saves having to go the mouse each time; or having to tab 10x times to get past the formatting option buttons; easily save 1s per email/comment/task,etc....  Take number of emails/tasks/comments/etc... created in HubSpot in 1yr (assuming 100k customers, with 10 users each and 100x emails / mo) and this would save say 1s per action... 38yrs of people having to go back/forth to mouse to save/send,etc..   Believe that is conservative; but you could literally be saving lives! ...read more

I'd like to find a way to disable continued updates, perhaps even avoid "re-adding" certain contacts to HubSpot.
