Great minds think alike

Noticed a new UI feature appearing within my gmail integration. I browsed every possible settings option and there doesn't seem to be any way to remove it. Mysteriously appeared today, so likely a recent change from the UI / Product team.   Where it becomes Bad UX: Hubspot is recommending me to insert an email template that i haven't touched, opened, or modified in 4+ years. It's a bad suggestion and i don't actually use the email templates functionality whatsoever, so it's sort of forcing it upon me, and ends up making the gmail integration feel even more cluttered. On top of that, now a single misclick results in an email being instantly populated with a very outdated template. I tried moving all of my templates to a folder but the suggestion still seems to persist. Likely some rigid logic on the backend.  ...read more

We moved from Olark to HubSpot chat, and one feature that Olark had which we found beneficial was the pre-chat form. Requiring and email address and name up front before chatting could begin was helpful for tracking and personalization. Hi all,    I personally feel a bit tricky to raise a new support ticket via the Support section of the help panel. The description field is too small for a detailed explanation and also it doesn't provide the option to add hyperlinks. A WYSIWIG editor would be very helpful here.  A comparable solution would be the capability of creating a new support ticket from the support inbox.  PS: my apologies if something similar has already been suggested.   Thank you. Support rep submitting on behalf of a customer. It would be helpful to be able to see from the email template tool which sales document is linked in the body of the email. Currently it seems that the only way to preview this is sending the email to oneself to test it. This would be helpful for older templates where one cannot necessarily remember which document was linked or where the link text is ambiguous. ...read more

On reports such as bar charts or graphs, it would be great if on the key next to the categories there was an option to display the totals of each category. For example if your were ranking deals by priority the key would look like: Low(52) Medium(130) High(21) ...read more

I'd love to be able to select the option to send the completed form/data to the individual who completes the form. We use our forms internally to record sales data during a prospect meeting that we later query for targeted segmentation. I'm not sure if this would come from the Chili Piper side or Hubspot side - so positing here to hopefully get some traction.   We use Chili Piper to schedule meetings and while there is an integartion with Chili Piper and Hubspot, it doesn't appear the Chili Piper can be used within a Chatflow.   The capability exists with other Chat platforms (Drift and Conversica) and it would be great to have the same functionality with Chili Piper and Hubspot. ...read more

Upload a list of offboarded employees and deactivate them in one shot. 2.
