It would be great that inside a contact there were arrows to move to the next or previous contacts. Then you could move faster from one contact to another to check their historic, without having to go back to the contacts list every time. Hope you can implement this at some point as it would be a great time-saver. Thank you! Marta

Hello! I'd like the capability to limit access to forms. There are some that we do not want everyone on our team to be able to access. And it seems silly that I can turn off access to forms but as long as they have access to service hub they can still use forms. Help!

I want to be able to "@" my reps on certain deals. Basically, it would be great to have a section that allowed dialouge about a deal between teammates.

Some flexibility and functionality which would make the messages function more scalable. For new visitors, show reps on messages who are responsible for their region. This would probably also require expansion on the 'Teams' part. For daily use of messages. Option to turn messages off automatically, when there' no users online, so the chat bubble is not visible on our website at those times. Timeout users from messages after a period of inactivity in Hubspot.

It would be great to be able to include the recipient's name in the To field in additon to the email address of an email.

There should be an option of setting up different background colors for different live chats. Currently, this is a global setting for Conversations. Thus it would change the colors for all chat flows on your portal. If you have setup chatflows on different domains, then the same color doesn't go with the branding of every domain.

When writing an email, it would save time if it was possible to insert meeting scheduler link directly through the "create link" button. I solved it through snippet, but it's not ideal as I'm having customers in different languages and sometimes want different wording.

Our Sales team is working with different Deal Stages within in a Pipeline. Connected to each deal stage is an automatic Deal Stage counter. We would like to track each Company that participates within a tender process to track their advancment on the different Deal stages. However we see that users do jump to differnt Deal stages without going through the obligatory inital Deal Stages (apart of Deal-Lost which would be fine of course). It would be great to have the feature to link Deal stages within a sequence so they can not be jumped (except to Deal Lost), so one would have to go through each Deal stage and fill the required information. Thanks a lot!

Hey all, I'm looking to get more accurate reporting on my PPC efforts and I'd like to close the loop on sales generated through my ads. While the current ads module is great, I'm bound to the filters they have in place and the columns they deem usable. There isn't a simple way of seeing all contacts who clicked an ad then became a contact. All the different attribution types overlap with one-another. To my understanding, I can't simply create an all ecompassing report of: anyone who has clicked on an FB ad anyone who clicked on a google ad from campaign X Then build additional conditions off of that. Does anyone have a work around for this?
