Hi all! Posting this on a customer's behalf. It seems like the design for the confirmation email has been changed.   Based on this idea post, I understand that it isn't currently possible for any email customization. However, both of us (the customer and I) felt that the old version of the meetings email looked much nicer, would it be possible to revert back to the original version?   Any thoughts on this? I see there's a Zapier integration with WebEx, but nothing native with Hubspot.  Even with the Zapier integration, user's wouldn't be cookied (per Hubspot support rep) so we'd have no way of tracking the user's activity on our website.  Would be great if there was an integration with Cisco webex that allowed hubspot forms to collect the information and then integrate that with Webex (so there'd be a cookie).   ...read more

There's no currently no way to tell who uploaded a particular file.  That means if you want to delete something that you are unsure about, you need to ask your entire department/organization who uploaded it to find out whether it is still needed.   ...read more

I'd like the ability to have the double opt-in "email subscription link" available as a call-to-action or accessible reserved link to be able to use in other places than just the generic Double Opt-in emails.    For example, our sales team could include it in their email template to new leads they follow up with who had not licked the "confirm" link in the Double Opt-in email so they did not receive their ebook or other requested item. By having this link available in a personalized email from a person rather than a bulk-type email, it would give a better chance someone might follow-through with their confirmation.   Additionally, there is no other place that link exists other than the Double Opt-in email so if you accidentally delete it, that's one more thing Hubspot support has to address while clients are stuck waiting. Or, what if someone edits the email text but doesn't realize the link isn't working correctly and it's sending out and all of their leads who want to opt-in but can't? Having the link readily available to clients as a CTA or other link would save HS support time and effort of having to dig up the link and correct something that could've been circumvented, and meanwhile, the client won't have to wait or unknowingly have an incorrect link in their email. ...read more

We have several different types of pipelines, one of which are deals that come from our partners.  A different team (Operations), enters these deals into HubSpot, and there are different fields that need to be input vs. what is needed for our Sales Team direct deals.  This causes a lot of extra work due to having to enter fields needed fo the Sales Team direct deal, that are not needed for our partner deals.     Value add is better efficiency. ...read more

Hi, I love how author profiles alllow me to create their pages basically automaticaly. It's great native feature however it would be even better with some custom fields option. For example I have recently reached out to support asking if it's possible to have 'position/role' field in author profile. I got redirected here since this is direct feedback to your product team.   The functionality I was looking for would allow to display authors role at the company (well just an example of what I desired). Also there are some social media fields but they're missing Instagram for example which is massive or Medium, Dribbble and many other options. Having a custom field option will allow to customize profiles even further just as the user wants. Therefore it'll help to create much more complex pages or toailored profiles. For now we either skip having authors role at the page or will have to use HubDB just for having this simple option - I think that's the place for improvemnet.
