Hi Team,  Submitting this on behalf of a customer    Sometimes, certain team members would be out e.g. on urgent leave and vacation. Currently, other users can't delete certain scheduled emails on behalf of other users.    Based on the Knowledge Base article (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/schedule-a-one-to-one-email-from-the-crm#schedule-an-email-from-a-contact-company-deal-or-ticket-record:~:text=To%20cancel%20the%20email%20send%2C%20the,in%20the%20upper%20right%2C%20click%20Delete) To cancel the email send, the user who originally scheduled the email must delete it from the timeline. Hover over the email activity on the timeline and in the upper right, click Delete.   It would be nice if the Super Admin can have the ability to delete these conversations. However, I understand that these inboxes are individually connected as personal inboxes and there might be some API limitations surrounding this on the email client's end.  ...read more

make the Associated Records drop-down shown the associated records at the top of the list   Currently, I might have 30 contacts and 90+ tickets associated with a company, so if I am trying to see the list of associated records, I am looking in a list of 120+ for those which are ticked. Hi team, I was hoping for another way to block open notifications for emails. Currently, the only way to block open notifications is via IP address but this wouldn't work if we have users who are often travelling. So they would have to block their IP in every hotel, every customer office etc.   Sharing my customer's idea here: In the background, you could send 2 versions of the email. To the tracked people an email including a tracking pixel and to the ones on a blocked domain you leave the tracking pixel out.   Thank you! ...read more

In order to find the optimum time to send communications, list adverts etc. It would be helpful to see the exact time of day a new contact has entered the 1st deal stage in a sales pipeline.   We could then create a report which displays this over a custom date range, using the labels:   Count of contacts  Time of day   We could then break this down further to work out what time of day high quality leads (who have become customers) have tended to access our website pages/content/forms, using the filter:   Entered X deal stage (X being the deal stage which represents a lead becoming a customer)   Thanks!   ...read more

Hello HubSpot Team, I am an email template developer and I have a lot of experience with email design and with different email marketing tools. HubSpot is the first tool I deal with that has limitations and restrictions on how to code email templates with drag and drop areas. So it would be really useful if you give developers the opportunity to code email templates with drag and drop areas from scratch. Right now the only possibility in the editor is to choose one of the HubSpot ready-to-go templates and to work with it. Which is not really the best choice for an email template developer. So I use the Hubspot app when calling my tasks (I like it better than calling my phone from browser) and wish I could disable the calling window which pops-up automatically (guess I could set the task to "to-do" but then it wouldn't be convenient on the app, hope you get the point).
