It's very annoying when you have multiple excel documents with multiple contacts with notes and when you upload into hubspot, that's the only field that can't be updated. This makes it necessary to combine all of the notes and manually make a note in the contacts file. I would like it so that if I create a series of views (for example, for our sales teams) that has valuable info already sorted out for them (including custom columns specifically organized) that when the select a deal, contact, companies that view is listed with the default view right away. This way they don't have to select it (where they might pick the wrong one) or otherwise customize things on their own. It would be very useful if there were a native immutable property for engaged/unengaged subscriber. Today many companies work with customers from different countries and languages. At the moment it is not possible to translate the feedback surveys, so a survey must be created for each language, but this does not allow to have the metrics of this survey centralized, since each one will have its metrics separately. We have the need, frequently, to use our quote templates without an associated deal. Based on how we are adapting the deal pipelines, many clients do not need a deal but need a "quote". A new feature that could be really helpful would be to have the opportunity to receive email notifications related to support tickets of your own record/contact. Having an additional calendar date property would be really helpful. This helps you to report your sales cycle on a time basis.   For example: You would be able to see the ratio of open to closed deals in a given time period. Sales, marketing or decision makers would be able to take action by filling the pipeline with new leads if necessary.   Would love to see a new property or maybe a workaround. Any ideas? ...read more
