Idea #1 I just created a bunch of folders to help me organize my growing number of marketing emails - and moved the emails into the various folders. Unfortunately, when I look at the emails in LIST VIEW, there's no way to know in which folder a particular email is saved. I want to make sure each email is in a folder, so that I can switch to that view as my "default." Greetings,  New to the community, but coming in hot.   Has anyone else had a "real life" multi-step workflow, work for them utilizing SMS/text messaging?   I've explored Zhipwhip, Kixie. and SMS Zap.   I'm "attempting" to implement a workflow with 3 custom enrollment triggers: service rendered, service date, customer type.   Action - send smszap text if/then branch based on response = assign a task or send follow up text   Workflow goal: SMS response/ outcome   This seems fairly basic, I've researched online extensively. The online resources are barely surface level and I am starting to see why.    I am unable to execute the above workflow - which consists of basic functions - with which Hubspot and their integration partners market as being able to execute.   I've spoken w several impressive Hubspot employees - and I keep getting promised to be escalated to the "Customer Success Team." I am starting to think the customer success team does not exist.   Any guidance is much appreciated.    Feel free to reach out with questions. For better marketing decisions, the contacts, deals, and companies should sync more thoroughly. This will help with reporting and marketing better ad spend decisions.   A contact came in from one of our forms. This contact was the decision-maker and got associated with their company that had an existing contact attached. When the deal was created, it only attached to the original contact instead of all the contacts. The deal should attach or sync to all the contacts associated with the company.   The reason I am asking for this is that our marketing reporting wasn't showing right. We found this cause a contact came in from one of our forms. Then the deal was created on their company and the deal got associated with one of the other contacts, instead of all of them, so the cost conversion per lead was off. My coworker and I want to share a meeting link for sales calls. She wants to take the morning calls and I take the afternoon calls. Currently the meetings link defaults to a round-robin system. The workaround was for me to block out mornings in my Outlook Calendar (which is synced with Hubspot) and her to block out afternoons. This is not ideal, however, because I still want my colleagues to be able to schedule meetings with me on my Outlook calendar during the AM.  Request to: Option for each team mate to set their availability for a shared meeting link within Hubspot as an alternative to the round robin.  ...read more

It would be good if there was a way to export select CTA data rather than everything. At the moment, when my team are analysing marketing performance data and we come to looking at CTA data, we have to either:    1. Select specific time periods (usually performance from the month before) and then manually add up and calculate averages 2. Export everything, open Excel file and manually remove the data we don't need BEFORE calculating the averages   There seems to be a lot of manual work involved. There is very rarely only one contact that is involved in any one deal. Partners, group members and even other companies are coming to the table.   In communicating and convincing groups, we need to inform all the stakeholders of each otherʻs information in email or other documents.    We need to make a personalized list (table) of fields from the contact that will impact the delivery and completion of the deal.   In my case, itʻs the name, birthdate and gender of each person attached to a deal.   I can personalize using tokens only on the first contact added to the deal but no other contacts attached to the deal.    Joe Yes, that is a limitation that we are going to run into here, unfortunately. Submitting on behalf of customer    At the moment, if a visitor were to use their browser in a different language, the meeting link form shows the values in that language e.g. If the portal is primarily based in English but the visitor' browser is in Spanish then the form submission will be converted to Spanish then when the meeting link is populated the meeting notes are in Spanish for the meeting card for the activity timeline.   It will be great to either  - Provide two versions of the properties captured in both languages - primary language and the translated language  OR  - Provide the primary language  ...read more
