Hi,  It would be great to select required deal properties when users create new deals, based on the deal type. Existing business and New business deals may require some custom properties to be filled in. Hi,   A format button would be a wonderful addition to the current formatting options. This button would help us to copy the exact format of a particular text to different texts. Hola! Mi sugerencia nació a partir de un caso que tuvimos con un cliente.   Nosotros en nuestro panel creamos el informe "Tiempo de respuesta a leads" que se basa en la propiedad de contacto llamada "Tiempo promedio de respuesta". Esta propiedad va midiendo el tiempo desde la asignación del contacto a un representante hasta la primera respuesta que este recibió del actual propietario.   Pero cuando reasignamos estos contactos a un propietario nuevo, tiempo de la propiedad de Tiempo promedio de Respuesta se reinició. Por lo que nos elevó el tiempo de respuesta a los leads aunque estos ya habían sido contactados por el primer propietario.   Por lo que sugiero  se considere un método de cálculo de tiempo de primera respuesta, que consideré que aunque el contacto se cambié de propietario si este ya ha sido atendido en un principio, no se tome como nuevo.   Saludos! ...read more
