It'd be helpful to have a date field that updates ONLY when the contact initiates an action, eg form submission, FaceBook Messenger reply, email response, etc. This makes sorting through leads more relevant, as it's not just create date (where you'd miss out on existing contacts that re-submitted a form or messed in) or last modified date (which includes company-initiated activities that may not generate a response and would just add more noise when sorting through contacts). ...read more

Need the ability to save photos/screenshots from a phone (iPhone, in my case) and desktop to a contact and deal without the photo being distorted. Currently, I can scan a document or photo using my scanner, save it as a JPEG after reducing the file size, then add it as a photo to a note within a deal. This is not efficient for those of us in the field though.  The goal would be as a user scrolls through the contact/deal activity, everyone could see the photo without having to hunt it down in the attachments. In the recent update, the 3 columns on the contact were changed to be static and can no longer be changed or minimized. Please make the columns adjustable, or return the option to minimize the column on the far right side.  The current layout crowds the activity feed in the center column. ...read more

Due to another integration, our products had to be setup in QuickBooks Online with the SKU in the Name field.  We were hoping there was a way for HubSpot's Name field to look at the Sales Decription field in QuickBooks online instead when doing the matching during invoice creation.  I was advised by HubSpot support that the field mappings between HubSpot and QuickBooks cannot be customized.  Yet.  This would be so helpful as we want to create our invoices in HubSpot and the products to be able to match/flow correctly to QuickBooks. ...read more

Hi,   I am new to HubSpot and have been in the process of uploading new contacts and companies. While doing this I found that after I uploaded a file I did something wrong or realized I wanted to add additional fields to track the contacts/companies so I deleted and started over. What I have no found is that my company and contact ID numbers for HubSpot are now 11 numbers long.   Could you please think about adding the ability to reset the IDs back to 0 when the account is completely void of contacts and companies or the ability to to create a field for ID so we can create are own to match the ID of another platform we may be using?   THANK YOU ...read more

It would be helpful to have the ability to edit permission for who can see social media reports for company accounts (or other accounts).    Real example. I want my marketing team to have full access to see social media metrics for company accounts and still be able to post on behalf of sales employees using the employee accounts linked. However, I would like sales employees to only see traffic to their accounts. After sending an email in Hubspot, I often forget at the time to make a follow up task relating to that email. I'd love the ability to click back into the email and still be able to make a follow up task relating to that contact and email.    For some context, I email a contact, hit send and then realise that I want to follow this contact up with a call in 2 days time if I haven't heard back from them. I then have to manually create a task for that contact but it's not formatted as nicely and not linked to the email I just sent.  ...read more
