The widget that shows the total number of pages and the page flip takes too long to load; because of this, your contacts assume that it is only one page instead of multiple pages when they open it. A remedy to this would be to have the side-panel showing all the pages to be open by default. The icon showing 9 squares is also not a clear indicator of scrolling through all the pages. The documents cannot be sorted by "Most Recent View", "Most Views" or "Most Shared". The latter two are in the columns of the Documents tool but we are unable to click on it. We create custom modules (CM) because we like them. We want to re-use them whenever it's appropriate through our site so that any change in content is reflected wherever the custom module is used.   For whatever reason, you can't do this in HubSpot. We need the ability to make CMs global modules (a "Global Custom Module" if you like).    For example, we have a testimonials section that is a CM. We'd like to repeat that on some of our landing pages. But to do that, we have to add the CM and then add all the content again. If we get another testimonial, we need to remember on which pages the CM was placed and go and edit them all. Silly, right? ...read more

The Boomerang feature for emails has been MASSIVELY helpful to our team. https://www.boomerangapp.com/   It essentially helps with scheduling emails to be sent back to you at a specific date & time (so it acts as a reminder) under certain conditions.    You can add the rule of 'if the contact does not reply' to then to remind you only then and 'if the contact DOES resply' remove the task or the email from sending back.    So I am wondering if this can be implemented in your TASKS feature in the emails:  So if a contact does reply > mark the task as complete > and if they dont leave it uncompleted. ...read more

Hi guys,   I find the desktop notifications from Sidekick really annoying. Especially on long threads where multiple people will open an email. If I want to know if someone's opened my email, I can simply go into that contact's profile.    I know there's a way to switch off notifications for 24 hours. However, there really should be a way to stop notifications altogether. Within Traffic analytics - Pages I'd like to see columns for MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities that our pages have generated. Just like in Ads dashboard we can see those columns, we should also see them in Pages since inbound driven companies need reports on their content performance.   There's no other way to analyze content if it's being hosted on Wordpress, there's no report that can extrapolate all the pages tracked by Hubspot, only within lists and that is done per page.   Please add those columns asap!!! ...read more
