In my workflow my tickets (from the support pipeline) have three main states, Level I, Level II and Level III. I need the dates of when the ticket change from one state to the other for a report. I want to know how long it takes the tickets to go from one state to the other. Currently if I create a report looking at the forms submitted during a specific time frame the report is going to show me all of the forms submitted by those contacts regardless of the time frame.   For clarity if you submitted one form in July, the current reporting will show you all of the forms that person has submitted in their history. So if you received 50 submissions in July this report would likely show a larger number because it's pulling in the form you submitted in July and also any other form you submitted ever. Now it's ok if the numbers don't align as long as I know that if they've submitted two forms they did so in the designated time frame which is not the case currently.    Of course if there is a workaround or a better way to do this I'd love to know. Hello to whom this concerns,   My team and I would greatly appreciate an app for importing ACT! to HubSpot. We see there is a current app for it, but we would like to be able to import more than just Companies and contacts, but also tasks. We have a few different customers that we would at some point like to switch over to HubSpot. It would be very useful to have an automated email send that is only sent to the customer regarding a ticket,and not to the all person involved in the ticket.  So we can solicit the customer to have a reply.  For customer service asssitance it would be a great step! ...read more

Right now there is only a setting to permanently deleting a contact, but Hubspot will prevent you from MANUALLY creating a new one. It doesn't prevent Auto-population. For example, I have a team email connected to our conversations inbox and there are a lot of contacts I would like to permanently delete to prevent from getting into the hubspot database, but if I delete them hubspot will automatically create a new contact for them again if they email the same team email again. Hi! It would be super interesting (as well as necessary) to be able to create a property with field type "number" but that is only possible with positive numbers or to determine it from a number to another number. For example, in our case, we have a property called "number of courts" with the number of courts of a club, and right now it's possible to add negative numbers and numbers that are too high (unrealistic numbers for that property, and possible to fill in a form). In many cases there are problems, and it would be ideal to be able to limit that property so that they were, for example, only positive numbers or from 0 to 50. Thank you very much! ...read more
