At current Board view only shows total amount at the bottom. Although this is of course very usefull the ability to add an extra field when the you care about more than just the total value. For example:  Total number of {users option}. adds up total number of what ever the user states acrtoss all deal.   For my self I would need Total Amount: which we already have. Total Number of Tests: This would add the total estimated number of tests from each deal go give an idea of the mumber of stock we would estimate using. ...read more

Hi there,    I have recently set up a workflow that assigns a task when a contact submits a specific form. I have a column report that displays deal owner, count of deals, and amount in company currency, measured by count of deals and then amount in company currency (total). In display options I have sort set to count of deals.   The resulting column graph always shows the amount in company currency on the y-axis and the predominant visual element is the amount of company currency as a result of that.   This means the large visual bar is based on amount of company currency, and there is no way to change that such that the count of deals is on the y-axis, displayed as the large visual bars, and thus the predominant visual property.   For this report, at a glance, I'm concerned with the count of deals, not how much those deals are worth. Talked to support and seems that HS does not support this.  So and idea for enhancement.   Have the system verfiy the input of an email address, like is seen almost everywhere else on the web.....  That the input from 2 different fields is identical.  Not checking that the domain name is correct or valid.     For Example Email field #1 = sctto@emailaddress.com Email field #2 = scott@emailaddress.com This would not pass simple validation, as the two entries are not identical.   Scott ...read more

I create a lot of templates for our team members to use in HubSpot but something that really impedes updates is just how small the frame is when I'm setting up email templates (one-to-one).   Similarly, the window to compose an email on the contact or deal is extremely small.   It would be great if these pop-out windows could be adjustable or take up a larger portion of the screen.   Here's an example of just how small  of a working space a user has when setting up a template:   ...read more

We track the source at the company level independent of all of the associated contacts so that we know lifetime value of a source type. Contact sources change through time as new employees are brought on or into the account. Each contact's source would be different, but ultimately we want to know that we got that company originally via the website or sales email. We want to track the revenue based on that source.  In the previous, limited, report buider with multiple data sources you could select company and deals to accomplish this. However it meant you have to build other reports to gather revenue via marketing campaign or deal lead source.    In the new builder, I can almost combine my revenue reports. Unfortunately it does not allow me to select company source as a filter. I need the company source to be accessible separate from the contact source. ...read more

HubSpot allows us to set "required properties" based on the pipeline stage. The value in this is that as a deal advances through the pipeline, more information will be known that would have been unknown at the time of deal creation. So it does not make sense to prompt the user to complete those properties for every new deal, just the ones that have reached a specific deal stage.     This feature works well when a deal is moved into the next deal stage from an earlier stage. However, the user is able to bypass required fields if they create a new deal directly in the later stages. The deal record is created with no prompts from HubSpot to complete those fields.   Suggestions: 1. Fix the user interface so that if there is a required field at any given deal stage, the user is prompted at the time of deal creation to complete those fields.   2. Enable a function that forces users to create deals in the initial pipeline stage and manually advance the deal forward so that required field prompts are guaranteed to be triggered.   Note - when I contacted HubSpot about this the only suggestion was to create a workflow that sends the user an email about the missing information. Dear all,  Recently I have requested your support as I would like to test a sequence of emails (or send the sequence to someone) with simply some minutes between each email as it is only for test purpose.  However I was informed on the 30 th April by  Mr. Yan Salaber (ticket 7749440 ) that this isn't possible as the only option available is a delay of 1 day minimum between each email.  And I was invited to post this situation on the community.  I believe it is important to be able to test the sequence of emails quicker instead of waiting 1 day between each email.  Leaving my suggestion here for improvement.  Thanks.  Regards Diana Ribeiro ...read more
