I'm consistently shocked that this isn't a feature, because it is core to pretty much every engagement model I make, whether for lead scoring or engagement based workflows. Surely I'm not the only one with the idea to score engagement in this way?   What I want is to measure recent activity. So what I'm looking for is a way to filter contacts who've had at least X visits/sessions/email opens/clicks etc. in the past Y time. Using pageviews as an example, as it stands, I can only select:   At least one pageview matching ABC at least 10 times (implying it's 10 visits to the same page) At least one pageview matching ABC within the last Y time  Number of page views of X, with no refinement option at all 1 looks at pageviews over lifetime. I'm only interested in pageviews in the last month or so, to measure recent activity. 2 is not enough for that, because it values a single page visit or session as much as over 10 page visits. I specifically want only the ones who've visited at least 10 times. 3 looks like it's helping me, but I lose the ability to filter on the last month.    To illustrate, some images from Hubspot:       I constantly run into this brick wall every time I have to build a lead scoring or engagement model for clients. Would it be possible to create some sort of filter so we could pull a list of duplicate contacts periodically? Currently, my boss gets an email from HubSpot every so often with a list of dupes but we are hoping that at some point I could just pull a list of dupes myself (since I am the one who merges the contacts etc).   Thank you! ...read more

When adding a video to a landing page it would be great to have an option where the video can expire or be unpublished. We have multiple videos on a langing page at some point that will need to be removed. Instead of having to create a whole new page expiring just the video would help out. ...read more

With the Smartsheet Data Syncer it is possible to sync data between Hubspot and Smartsheet.   At the moment it is only possible to sync data from companies to one row in Smartsheet or from contacts to one row in Smartsheet.   Due to this, we can't use the Smartsheet Data syncer. We combine the company fields with contact fields, since we use this information for merging data in documents. To keep the document personal, you need contact information.   Combining the Contact and Company details in one row in Smartsheet would make this syncer the perfect tool for us to sync data instead of having to write our own software.   Extra It would also be nice if Deals could also be synced as child rows from the company to this same sheet. Or if there would be another way to sync deals to Smartsheet.  ...read more

Hi team,   Since the parent-child company functionalities are still limited, I would like to use calculations within the same object. Use case; I sell cars and I want to know how many cars we can potentially sell within our dealers (franchises) based on their store sizes. Dealers are the customers so they are stored on company level.   With using parent/child associations we would not need a custom object for some of these user cases. So it would be great if we can set up calculated properties within the same object, that whenever I open a company record, I can see the total of m2's of the franchise's store locations. With using an unique id (property) for a certain company hierarchy, parent company id= 1, all child companies have a parent company id =1 as well. So if parent company is the same it will give us the total. Or ideally, if it could be picked up by the parent-child functionality itself.  ...read more

It would be seriously helpful to be able to limit which templates a user can access in Hubspot through the Docusign integration. Especially since the integration requires you to link an Admin account, which is likey to be one that has multiple templates that might not be a good idea for et all to have access to.   Given that Docusign allows you to create folders, that might be the place to start - i.e. Give users in HubSpot access to templates in a specific Docusign folder rather than everything under the sun.  ...read more
