HubSpot has several objects (eg:contact/deal/company) that is heavily used for marketing and sales, but not for customer success purpose. It would be great to have below features in the new object: Internal to do list for the customer Customer's to do list and follow up system What is customer's goal Remarks about the customer How much resources has customer is given and indicate number to see if its worth the effort or not Report to see the effort is making results

We consistently store a contact's personal and work email address and it would be great if there was a way to automatically change the primary address with an alert or option to remove the bounced email address when that occurs.

The "Email a report" functionality is very useful, however right now it only sends a screenshot of the first page of the report, and the link included returns to the Edit Report Filters screen. Not super useful as is, especially for recurring emails. Can we get the ability to send a read-only version of the whole report? This can either be in the email, or a link back to a version of that? I don't want to send out a report of our Sales Pipeline and have people click it and change the filters. I also want them to see the entire report.

I would love to report on my secondary companies or even the association labels. We have people affiliated with both, but i can only report on the primary companies.

Would be great to be able to add those tables with Gap to Goal and Pipeline Coverage and Ratio to dashboards so I don't have to switch tabs for them every time.

It's been great that you've added in things like SMS, whatsapp etc. However now that so many are using TEAMs to communicate as well, it would help to have this option also. "Log a TEAMs Message".

Could we have internal name for articles? We have articles that we translate and use in our blogs in 4 different countries an so 4 different languages. It is very difficult to understand which article is which for people that has access to article list view and do not speak in those languages. For me as responsable for publishing those common articles, it gives great difficulty to navigate or see better overview as well.

It's quite obvious from previous questions that the current Fontawesome icon library is problematic. It includes a range of styles and many solid icons don't have line icon equivalent The library is hard to search, if you don't hit the nail on the head It really lacks depth. I use Streamline icons https://app.streamlineicons.com/home which has over 10k designs - pretty much everything I need. I can download in multiple formats including svg which means I can adapt a design to meet my needs in AI too. An integration with this library would be awesome. But failing that, I would like an option to be able to supplement icons to include any SVG image as loading them in png format (for use as an image) can lead to image degradation on larger screens. We have a few different brands and it makes things really difficult not being able to report on multiple campaigns at once. We are mainly interested in seeing this for email data over time. We could do it if we were allowed to select multiple campaigns in the Analyze Email reporting tool. This would be useful applied accross the whole platform. James

When sending multiple marketing emails some contacts risk being recipients of more emails than intended. This because some contacts fit into several lists – this also suggest that these contacts are of special interest. To guard against flooding these contacts I suggest a filter to find the contacts that have received a certain amount of marketing emails or more during a timespan. Currently there are a few filters that can do a part of this: “Marketing emails” – to find contacts that have been sent one specific marketing email. “Contact properties” - “Marketing emails delivered” – to filter on numbers of marketing emails sent to a contact. “Contact properties” - “Last marketing email send date” – to find contacts that have been sent emails before, after or in between dates. But using these filters I would need to create 35 different filters to find out which of my contacts that have received three or more out of the last seven marketing emails sent. My suggestion is making it possible to select several emails under “marketing emails” filtering out contacts that have interacted with all the selected emails according to the chosen condition.
