Hello, At the moment, it is not possible to restrict editing the unit price and/or the discount % value on the quotes tool. However, this functionality would be beneficial as it would help to create consistency by restricting users on editing either the unit price (and/)or the discount rate. Can this be added as a functionality in the Price and Quote tool?

It will be great to segment the productivity reporting to a specific working hour time range/date range for your team's analytics (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM for istance) in order to track correctly the response time according with the real timeframe available for the people.

Pre-view pipeline automations/triggers before moving a deal into a stage. Feature can be for users with access to move items in pipeline. Goal is to be aware of triggers / automations prior to moving deal and to see if criteria is met to move deal OR gain an idea of what is next. This will help team members who are either new to the pipeline or be an aid to those seasoned in the pipeline. AKA allow a clear picture of pipeline.

As a sales rep I want to prioritize my work based on the overall priority ranking of a deal. Hence, when I create a task it would be convenient if you would Automatically assign task priority with same priority as the associated deal's priority. This will help me prioritize work more effectively and in the end be more successful.

I need to be able to see specific information regarding my contacts when in Chrome, so it would be great if we can edit/reorganize/add new/delete properties in Contacts and Company section in the chrome extension.

It would be helpful to be able to set a new default for how many contacts to view per page, how many options to view per page when editing properties (like drop-downs), and anywhere else we view extended lists of records.

To give some context on the request, our sales team has a form that they have to fill out every time they do a demo for a customer. This form is called a "Demo Fact Finder". When they fill it out it will fill in certain "properties" in the customer's HubSpot contact record. I'm trying to make it easier for the sales team to access the form within the customer record. For example, somewhere within the contact record, they click a button, and the "Demo Fact Finder" pops up for them to fill out and submit. Currently, they have to pull up this form in a separate tab and I'm trying to help the sales team work smarter, not harder.

It would be great if just like "Get Email" There was a "Collect File" option so that just like in a form submission, the bot could collect a file and save it to an existing property on a contact record. Settings - properties - Hubspot score. You used to have a button at the top of the page where we could add new criteria. But now the button is after the last added criteria. In our case I have to scroll and search 83 criterias down to get to the bottom of the page. Love the function - but not so user-friendly. And one more thing regarding the HubSpot score, please remove/extend the 100 limit 🙂

Hi HubSpot Community! Win Probability % on Deal Stages is currently manually set by the user. It would be valuable to our organization if there was the option to go from Manual to Automated for setting these values -- these % could automatically update based on real deal close data gathered overtime in the HubSpot platform. Of course there would need to be logic in place to ensure a bad quarter, etc. didn't skew overall % for most accurate forecasting, but overall would be helpful for this % to update automatically based on HubSpot Data. Thanks for your consideration! If anyone else would see this as valuable feel free to weigh in.
