Hi there, currently, it is too time-consuming to merge contacts and companies. I feel like there should be a faster way to do this. For example, you could add checkboxes besides contacts on a company-based view or the other way around and then easily select all the contacts that should get merged and afterward just click on merge to do that.  Thanks for considering! ...read more

It would be amazing to have the ability to update payment schedules via workflows.   For example, we have a custom property (dropdown) within a Deal with the the below options: - One Time Payment - 3 Monthly Payments - 6 Monthly Payments   My team does not always use the quote tool. Therefore, forcasting with multi-month billing isn't accurate. If we could have the deal created via workflow, and the payment schedule updated via that same workflow - my teams wouldnt have to touch the quote tool.  ...read more

Who Sales, Account Management   What (Goal) Document relationships between Companies and Contacts   Value Ability to report on relationships between Companies as well as Contacts. Better identify opportunities for prospecting and/or value add to Companies/Contacts.   Examples Currently there is only a way to relate companies as Parent or Child, this is insufficient when looking to capture additional context to a relationship in a structured manner.    Would like to have the ability to relate Company A with Company B while giving context to the relationship. Then the ability to report on these relationships, i.e. who are all of the Suppliers to a Company, who are all the Competitors to a Company, who is receiving Services from a Company, etc.    Examples:  Company A is a Supplier of ABC to Company B Company A is a Competitor to Company B Company A is Currently Receiving ABC Services from Company B  Ideally this relationships will be listed in a pod within each Company and we'd have the ability to create types of relationships, i.e. Supplier, Competitor, Servicing, so that there is structure, and then the ability to provide additional notes about this relationship.       ...read more

Currently, when an inbox disconnects from HubSpot, the sequence bulk unenrolls everyone at whatever point the inbox disconnected. In order to re-enroll contacts at the correct place in the sequence (rather than have them receive any steps more than once), you have to export, create lists, and re-enroll manually.  Since inboxes can be disconnected due to a variety of IT security parameters or other issues, this is a fairly frequent occurrence that greatly disrupts prospecting and sales activities.   A better solve for this would be that, in the case of an error on the sequence that occurred due to an inbox disconnection, the contact gets paused in the sequence, rather than unenrolled. That way users can easily reconnect their inbox and unpause contacts where they left off.  ...read more

Use case: When creating emails, I'd like to be able to create modules of text or buttons within the email that will only be visible to specific customers according to entries on their properties. This can be a specific upgrade CTA only for users registered as Free, to specific product features for users who upgraded before a specific date (plus many more).    Currently, there are smart rules, but this does not serve to hide or display based specifically on property values. One piece of functionality that I keep wishing HubSpot had is being able to query an associated record's list/workflow membership.   For example, let's say I have a bunch of contacts in a workflow, and our client wants to know how many companies all of those contacts represent. I think it is most logical to create a Company list that says, "If at least one associated Contact is enrolled in any of X workflow (and this company is their Primary Company)" add the company to this list.   Even if this functionality were to be limited to use only within workflows, I could at least create a Contact workflow with enrollment criteria of, "If you are enrolled in X workflow" then add your Primary Company to X static list. But, again, we're unable to add a Company to a static list within a Contact-based workflow.   Why can't something like list membership or workflow enrollment be an array-like read-only property stored within the record so that lists, workflows, and other records can see/query them easily? ...read more
