What: When logging an email or activity to a record, you are already able to create a follow up task. It would be helpful to add the ability to associate this task to a task queue. Why: Customer tends to use task queues over any other task view in portal, which means follow up tasks easily get forgotten.

Hello, As Google Mail does it : It would be great if it was possible to un-thread email conversations. Having them clogged into threads is not always the best scenario. Thank you!

We have multiple deal pipelines running. Some teams would really like a specific, close date to default. Other teams don't want a default close date on their deals. We would love the ability to customize the default close date per pipeline. Default to end of month for one pipeline. Rolling 30 days for a different pipeline, and turn off the default for a 3rd pipeline.

Hi team, posting an idea on behalf of a customer! It's great that our current chat widget allows users to attach a screenshot to submit in the chat. That said, there's this feature that Google has for in their feedback module: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4912092/using-html5-canvas-javascript-to-take-in-browser-screenshots Basically, for the"Feedback Tool" pop-up window that appears in the bottom corner of the user's device, there's a button in the pop-up that allows users to create a screenshot from the current screen to submit directly with their feedback. So it'll be pretty cool if the chat widget has an option that allows user to snap a screenshot from their current window with a button!

I'm creating tasks by a workflow and I want to use a due date according to a date field from contact's property. Right now I can only choose "in 3 days" and so on, but I'm not able to handle specific due dates. This is my usecase: - Sales reports a meeting by a landingpage, herein the sales writes infos & defines follow-up-tasks - by a workflow, the report gets sent to his team by mail and in addition all tasks according to the report gets created & assigned to specific team members --> I need to set due dates correctly, please allow to set a due date with a personalization token.

I've got a client that uses Housecall Pro and while Map My Customer has similar features the price point is significantly higher. Currently, there's no native integration. Hubspot doesn't have the features that HousecallPro or MapmyCustomer has so it doesn't make sense to build these features out in Hubspot. My client is willing to potentially build this out but I'd rather coordinate with Hubspot so we don't have to build the integration twice.

It would be great additional training and guidance to be able to embed sales email templates in a Playbook. The way we have our Playbooks set up there is typically a post Playbook action such as an email or a call. It would really help our team get up to speed faster if they could see the template within the Playbook. Another huge benefit would be able to use Playbooks within workflows. For example, if the workflow is logged create a task for sales to email blank or follow up in one week etc.

Hi, I would love to add custom page settings for a template. This way, we can do a bunch of stuff based on the template you pick and also load the data in the <head> if needed. For example, you could set "template colors", withouth the need of manually select colors within each module or build a second page template to load different colors. Another example, if we build a custom template for "Job oppertunities", I would like to make a bunch of template settings for Structured data (json+ld) that I can load within the <head> of the website. This way, the structured data loads in the right place and can be manged on each page. At this point of time, I have to create a module and load it in the Body, as I can not load a module with editable content per page in the head. Example placement for the setting as a new tab when editing a page, or down low below the "advanced settings" section in the tab "Settings" In the end, this would save bunch of time, the user a bunch of time editing pages and can also create tremendous value for SEO.
