Hello and many thanks for a great CRM   Now that most of my clients and potential clients are on or being loaded onto Hubspot, it would be good if sending emails was slightly easier   It may be that I want to send emails to many contacts   Currently I have to search for and open the contact and then email them, moving on to searching and opening the next contact   Would it be possible to have a further heading "email" at the top, alongside Dashboard etc   When this is clicked, it opens a compose window, just like any email client, when you type in the clients name or email in  "to" it automatically links to the contact so that it is not necessary to open the contacts details to send an email   I believe this would make it so much easier to use, being able to stay inside Hubspot Regards Phil ... I got a total of 3 great ideas, that I strongly believe can improve the functionality of Hubspot's feature "Queue".     1: Get some colour codes. If I could select colors for my specific queues, I would get a ton better overview when watching all my tasks. I would instantly know that green is my "high priority" yellow is my "investigative" and red is my "follow up" tasks. Now the new queue feature has given me a better overview when watching my tasks in my queues, but it has left behind a mess in my overall tasks.    2: Right now, I have to sort out my tasks to the different queues all the time. 9 out of 10 times I complete one of my tasks from one of the queues, it has to be placed in the same queue afterwards. So please give me the option of letting the up-coming tasks to be placed in the same queue right away.    3:  It should also be an option when creating a new task, to place it in the right queue from the beginning.    I am convinced that all these features would complete the queue feature, and I would really like to hear your thoughts on this. It would be very helpful if there was a folder that held all unfiled landing pages, etc.   As it is now, you have files you have created or you can select "all".   There no way view and organize the pages that haven't been organized without going through every one of them.   This would be a useful feature in all content sections of the Hubspot dashboard. ... I suggest the idea that there could be a portal for clients to see what notes have been left on thier profile.    I use the notes system to keep the profile (file) updated - for example, if we get a letter or send a letter, it goes into the notes.   I suggest a link can be created with a password for the profile (same email) that the client can log-into and see what is going on with thier case.    We are a solicitors firm, and this would be great to allow clients to keep updated on what we are doing on thier case.    I would be happy to explain further about my idea.
