I'm currently setting up dashboards for our Sales and Customer Success teams and I have previously used the "Filter Dashboard" function to allow them to filter on their companies or for a specific period. Using the filter dashboard function instead of setting up individual dashboards for each person and having to maintain them all saves me a lot of time and helps keeping our HubSpot nice and tight (having 2 dashboards instead of 20).  However, it doesn't allow me to use the Filter Dashboard function on reports that has been build with the "Custom Report Builder".  It would be great if it was possible to use the "Filter Dashboard" on all of the reports in a dashboard, no matter how they were built.  ...read more

I support 8 people in the sales team by booking on deals for them. When i book on the deals and allocate it under the sales rep, on reports it comes up with my name even though i put the name of the sales rep under 'Deal Owner' as if they are the ones who created it. Can this be fixed? So it doesnt show my name under the reports, specifically under revenue. ...read more

It would be great to have on overview of the notes you are mentioned on to make sure you follow up on every note. Now you have to create a task and assign it to the person to make sure they follow-up and create an aggregated overview for them. The overview on the notes with mentions makes it easier and less cumbersome to check on mentions and to follow up. ...read more

Hello While Deal is associated to a ticket, I would like to be able to copy the values of its fields into the corresponding fields of the ticket via automations. But unfortunately, if I use ticket-based workflow, then I can’t copy from the associated deal to the ticket. In other case, if I use deal-based automation, then in case of multiple tickets associated with same deal, it'll only be enrolled one time for the first ticket. Hi all,   currently it is not possible to insert one or more custom questions in the email body in the custom surveys tool (method email). The contact has to click a button ("Start survey") in the email in order to give feedback. This additional "click" might cause a lower response rate. Thus it would be good, if you would be able to add one or more questions directly in the email body.   See for example the standard NPS survey in HubSpot. Here, the NPS scale is in the email body and if you click a number a page opens where you can finish the survey (see screenshot). Hi all,   currently it is not possible to edit the NPS question in the standard NPS tool or the custom survey tool. I am aware that the NPS questions is an industry-standard question and is thus not editable. Nevertheless, especially for B2B companies, the wording "friend or colleague" is not fitting.    It would be useful if at least minor changes could be made to the question.   Currently we are re-buidling the NPS questions with the custom surveys tool as a workaround. The downside here is, that the NPS question can not be inserted in the email body, which causes a lower reply rate. So alternativley, it would be good, if you could insert a custom question in the email body in custom surveys (see also my other idea here: "Insert custom questions directly in the email body of custom surveys")   Thanks & Best, Isabell ...read more
