Read receipts are currently unavailable (on the agent side) on the very last client message in HS conversations. So if during the conversation an agent had to spend some time finding an answer, and then responds to the client, there is no way to see if the client received our update (screenshot). Therefore, since we don't see whether our last response was read, we don't know if we need to follow up with the client via another communication channel.   I discussed this with HS support in this ticket.     ...read more

It would be great to be able to have an after hours and during business hours Facebook Messenger (this currently exists on Facebook) and allows you to set times for the operation of the After Hours message.    Currently I have to manually turn off During Business Hours Chatbot and turn On After Hours, then then off after hours to turn on during business hours. This is a real pain when it could be automated in a chatflow by simply having day/time schedules available to allow automation of the workflow to send specific messaging for during business hours and a differnt message for after hours all in one chatflow.   ...read more

Hi, I'm hoping you can add functionality to make sure that "Unsubscribe" appears in the gmail header, as described here.   I was informed that at this point in time HubSpot does not have the ability to set the list-unsubscribe link that appears next to the from address within Gmail and Outlook, so I'm requesting that it be added so we can be as spam-proof as possible!   Thanks, Kristina McMenamin ...read more

Many times, Sales teams need to quote various options to customers so they can explore pricing, quantities, and other details.   I suggest we enhance the quote creation tool to allow the development of quotes for presenting numerous options.   In this case, the quote total and subtotal could either be eliminated (since all options are unlikely to be chosen) or the quote's creator or acceptor could select the options they want and that would appear in the total/subtotal field. ...read more

Hi team,  The "weighted forecast category totals" report in the Sales Analytics tool is certainly a useful feature to have.
