It would be nice to have the ability to click "actions > clone line item" within the editing screens of the quote. For example, some of our vendors use the same sku for every single product and the description and price changes. Instead of clicking "add from product library" 20 times, it would be nice to hover over a line item and click "actions>clone line item" ..... this functionality already exists in social media posts and such; it would be VERY helpful! ...read more

I would love to have the ability to edit the error page when our meeting booker doesn't load so we don't lose prospects!    Often times when the booker doesn't load, it is out of our control (typically if someone needs to update their browser or clear their history) so it'd be great to better control that experience that's in line with our brand.    This would benefit all teams using this tool! ...read more

My suggestion is to allow users to add more than 1 payment link on the form. Currently users can put 1 payment link on the form. But, some situations may require 2 or more. For example, users may want to give the option of a monthly plan or yearly plan.    Thanks ...read more

We have 5 Divisions set up all of which are Default Deal Amount of Total Contract Value with the exception of one, a subscription based service. This Division is Monthly Recurring Revenue. We are looking for a feature where we can select a Default Deal Amount by Division not just portal wide.    To get around this, we have created revenue fields for each month and based on the length of the subscription, take the Amount divided by the number of months and manually enter this infomation for each month. It would be nice to be able to enter the length of the subscription in the number of months (i.e. 12) and based on the Close Date and Amount, calculate the Monthly Recurring Revenue. We have recently created a workflow allowing new contacts to submit RFP directly to our company via a form submission through our website. The customer would fill out a form and be presented a meeting link to a salesperson so they could book a discovery meeting right away. We set this meeting link to prioritize contact owners, should the customer (or their account) already have a relationship with one of our sales people.   Our intention was to set up Round Robin assignment of the RFP's to our Sales Representatives (we only have 2), and attempted to use the current protocal within Hubspot to automate the assignments; however, we started seeing RFPs beign assigned to the same salesperson without alternating between the 2. Upon looking into it, we learned that the assignment is truly based on calendar availability, rather than a true round robin assignment.    My idea is that a in order to have a true round robin assignment, the meeting link can be configured to show ONLY the calendar of the salesperson who is due for the next assignment. This would eliminate any path for the same salesperson being assigned several RFPs in a row due strictly to their calendar availability. ...read more

I would LOVE to see a feature in the reports (not dashboard), where you can actually filter based on the properties used in the reports.   This would make it exponentially easier as properties grow/change to ensure we have made the correct changes across all reports.   For example, we recently became more granular on our meeting types. To count his towards the specific activity we track, I now have to try and find every report that used this property to adjust and include 1 more criteria.  It would be so helpful if I could just pull all reports and filter by reports that use "call and meeting type" in their filter criteria.   Bonus points would be a bulk edit feature.. but that would be getting a little ahead of myself 😏 ...read more

Hi!    I would love to be able to have more than one user have the same email alias.   We have distribution groups setup for our schools so we actually have two people who share this distribution group or email alias.
