Love the idea behind the proposed times feature in Gmail integration, I would use it all the time; however, am not using it due to the following two issues:   1- high impact - Currently the feature does not add a Google Meet link when a meeting is booked. Context: When booking a meeting via my hubspot calendar link, the meeting invite automatically includes a google meet link. Pretty sure gmail does this because hubspot does not have a google meet video conferencing specific integration. When using the 'proposed times' feature, a google meet link no longer comes up; possibly because hubspot overrides the 'location' field rather than let google do it's thing and auto-add a Meet link. Without a Meet link, this feature no longer saves time.   2. moderate impact - support for booking the meeting with multiple attendees when an email is sent to multiple recipients. ...read more

Add an option to say if someone opens 'X' number of emails in this workflow, then send me an email letting me know.   Example: We have a workflow with 7 emails separated out over weeks. If one of our contacts opens any 3 of these emails, we'd like to be notified.    The only option right now is to add an if/then trigger and include every possible option that includes 3 email opens after the third email is sent. It is not possible to make one field as progressive and another one to always show up on the form, if fields are put on the same "line" in the design. In this case both of them will either be progressive or on the form.  May be good to be able to make one field progressive and keep the other on the form while having both on the same "line". ...read more

By law in many countries, you must include registration numbers on contracts and quotes. The workaround we currently use is to add it to the "country" field in Branding, but it would be great to have another line for it. ...read more

Currently, you can sort ticket views by any table header, except the associated contact or company. There are many instances (daily) where I have the same person submit more than one ticket about the exact same issue. Within an hour or so. Both tickets would be New in this situation. I'm not sure if this is a feautre request or a bug fix request. When someone moves section C into the slot between AB and D, I don't want C to be able to occur above A or B or below D on any other deals after that.   Opening another deal and having it arranged as DKLC or CBJ should not be possible.  I want my team to be able to find section C easily next time because they know where they put it in relation to other sections and it will stay there. This way they will eventually have all the sections lined up in the order they want.   When a deal meets the condition for a section, that section should appear in the user's established order so they always know at a glance whether a deal has a certain section or not. Right now when they look for section E, they can't look through the sections in alphabetical order, see that E is missing, and conclude this deal doesn't have a section E. Instead, they always have to look at all sections in the sidebar before concluding that E is not there because they can't predict where E would be located.   Before I enabled conditional sections, when I arranged my deal left sidebar sections in a given order, it applied to all deals. This is what we want to achieve with conditional sections too. Right now, changes only apply to other deals with the exact same combination of sections enabled. I keep dragging all my deal sections to the order ABCDEF...etc (our default order) but every couple deals I work with, I encounter one with a combination of sections that has not ocurred yet, and none of the arrangement information from other deals has been saved. Even if I have placed C after B on 10 other deals, if this is the first deal that also has section J, then section C might still be out of order in relation to section B. Another solution that's not as good but still helpful would be allowing the "reset to account defaults" button to apply to the order of sections (not just the properties in "About this deal"). If I could tell everyone to start by clicking that button, that would at least allow them to start from something other than a random order that is different on almost every deal. ...read more

Hi team,   I would like to have a schedule option for my chat welcome message. For example, my welcome greets my users and basically tells them "hey, come here and chat with me!", but if I don't have an agent online, then the welcome message loses its purpose. Currently, I'm manually activating and deactivating it (the welcome message), as my agents come online/offline.
