Hi! At our company, every product has a unique number, basically like any other product nowadays. Our product (bikes) can be resold quite easily and the number we use is internally linked to the history, warranty etc. of the bike. So, when the service team creates a ticket and submits a number that alreadys exists on another ticket they want to be made aware of that. Either via a notification, email or maybe even a warning text below the field in the "create ticket form". I've been looking into this and can think of more use-cases, like RMA numbers, to easily identify product related issues etc. But HubSpot simply can't do this at the moment as it misses an option to "check if value already exists in other records". Anybody else who ran into the same issue?
