We're using feature of 'update deal stage properties' feature a lot in our pipelines to gain more information from the deal owners about a deal record as it moves through the deal stages of the pipeline.   However, in our case, it depends on the type of deal how much infromation we want to capture.   We are using a property called 'Deal type' with the options: - New customer - Upsell - Cross sell   In case of a 'New customer' deal we want the deal record owner to store more information on the deal record than when it is a upsell or cross sell deal.    Therefore, it would be great if we could make the mandatory properties that pop up when the deal record is moving through the stages conditional on the value for the 'Deal type' property.  ...read more

Please don't hide the last and next activity from closed deals in the deals board. We are using this as a way of monitoring customer adoption and subsequent engagement and we need the option to have the activity info on ALL deals, not just those 'pre closed'.   ...read more

It would be great is we could have auto-number field option when adding properties to a record. I appreciate all records have a unique Record-ID, but thats a very long reference and its not specific to my orgnisation. Our support team communicates as the company, not as individuals, so they sometimes collaborate on Conversations. We still assign Conversations for reporting purposes and to have a "lead" rep for each ticket.   HubSpot automatically reassigns Conversation owners when a new team member chimes in (example: If Team Member A is assigned a Conversation & Team Member B emails the customer, then Team Member B automatically becomes the new owner). Because we have Tickets set to inherit the Conversations owner, this affects both.    Can we please have an option to turn this automation off? When creating a deal in HS using the browser version today you do have the option to associate the deal to a contact and/or a company as well. Using the IOS HS app you don't get this option. Instead you need to create the deal first, and then select the deal and manually add the associations. That is really not effective.
