When creating a workflow that includes a delayed action based on the number of days, it currently calculates this as 24 hours, therefore it includes weekends.   Could there be an option where this can be set for working days only?  Similar to how if/then branches calculates based on business days? ...read more

Never Log does not work when emailing Conversations (Group Inboxes/ Channels). Even when HubSpot User Contacts don't exist they get created. Form Submission dates are not a parameter that we can create date stamps on. This is troublesome when trying to enrich previous activities that didn't have automations behind them to set up associated date properties at the time.  It isn't a super easy fix, as the information does reside in the Form report view, but it would be great that if one of the parameters for enrollment on a workflow is a specific form submission, that we could use the date of that submission also as an actionable element. ...read more

I would love it if this new Customer Journey report allowed more properties to be pulled in. It would be nice to track the full journey from introduction to customer. When we add leads from a tradeshow I want to be able to follow the flow from the intital email marketing sends to the sales email to any deals that my come.   PROBLEM: Currently, we use "Campaigns" for our marketing emails but I'm not able to pull them into the Customer Journey report so I have to indivdually add each to the report as we attend. I want to be able to add all campaigns along with deals to track if these leads are placing orders. Ideally, I want the full journey.    I would be great to be able to be able to add more properties from different objects so we can pull in what's important to us in this journey.    ...read more

Other MAPs I've used had a tagging feature which allowed you to further filter campaign listings, reports, and more.    Campaign tags for filtering Campaigns list: Instead of searching unique terms within a campaign name, if you were able to filter by campaign tag, you could see all of the existing tags within the filters to narrow down your search versus knowing the correct term to search for.    Campaign tags for referencing in workflows: For an internal notification workflow, if campaigns were tagged, we could segment notifications easily without having to leverage the email name since not all emails contain a segment name. For example, in a workflow, we could say if Campaign Tag is X then send email notification to X team, if Campaign Tag is Y send email notification to Y team, and so on.   Campaign tags for reporting: In lieu of filtering by email name, if a campaign is tagged as Enterprise, we could easily filter all emails that are tagged as such versus having to query many email names to get the desired result.    Tags would also be helpful for Forms, Landing Pages, Media, etc.    Please add a tagging feature! 😉 ...read more

Read receipts are currently unavailable (on the agent side) on the very last client message in HS conversations. So if during the conversation an agent had to spend some time finding an answer, and then responds to the client, there is no way to see if the client received our update (screenshot). Therefore, since we don't see whether our last response was read, we don't know if we need to follow up with the client via another communication channel.   I discussed this with HS support in this ticket.     ...read more

It would be great to be able to have an after hours and during business hours Facebook Messenger (this currently exists on Facebook) and allows you to set times for the operation of the After Hours message.    Currently I have to manually turn off During Business Hours Chatbot and turn On After Hours, then then off after hours to turn on during business hours. This is a real pain when it could be automated in a chatflow by simply having day/time schedules available to allow automation of the workflow to send specific messaging for during business hours and a differnt message for after hours all in one chatflow.   ...read more
