The problem: When a sales rep leaves the company, we deactivate that user. This messes with forecasting however, as none of the already closed won deals from that rep will show up anymore in the forecast. The deactivated sales rep is automatically being unassociated from his team, it seems, which means we lose all historical data for that user in the Forecast tool. Hello,   Hubspot has amazing features for attribution and tracking. However, because of the lack of adding rule features, critical properties like "lifecycle stage" could not track well.    For example the property "time to convert from the opportunity to the customer" is not working well because changing the lifecycle stage is super easy for every user. Our sales teams accidentally edit LS every time and that affects those properties. So it will be good to define rules for teams ( like only TEAM A can change lifecycle stage) will be super super great.   thank you ...read more

We configured HubSpot never to log any e-mails/contacts based on our domain. That works well regarding personal mailboxes. Yet, it needs to work also regarding the conversation inbox.  Currently, all e-mails with employees in CC that are sent to conversation inboxes will create a contact/log the e-mail in the CRM. Although, the system is configured never to log our domain.    Please check that and extend the Never Log Function to conversation inboxes.  ...read more

Hi all,    It would be great to have paginations available when submitting forms.    Quite often when customers are confronted with a long list of fields to fill in, it is intimidating!  Having form pagination would provide customers with the ease and comfort to fill out the basic fields in the first step.  With pagination would mean that the next step (without going to another page - as this would all emdedded in the same form) would have the next layer of fields to fill out.  By providing these incremental details, increases customer confidence and increase customer conversions!   Thanks ...read more

Add a column to the SEO recommendations where HubSpot users can be assigned the items from the list.   From a PM perspective, this makes it easier to know who will tackle what.   I wouldn't send individual email notifications for each assignment, but maybe consider having an option to "email team" when all tasks are assigned.   Alternatively, allow for comments so the PM can notify others when ready to start working on improvements.   Instead of having the option to Hide, which also hides from future scan, include a temporary "mark complete" option so it is easy to know what you and your team have updated.   Tracking what is done and not done causes unnecessary scans to be run if changes are made over the course of a longer timeframe.   ...read more

Helo Hubspot Team. In Quebec, Canada, one of the tax percentages requires three places after the decimal (9.975%). Hubspot is autocorrecting this to two places after the decimal and rounding down the value to 9.97%. This results in a tax dollar that is incorrect. Can Hubspot please allow the additional decimal place so that we may use Hubspot to send out quotations to our customers in the correct tax amount?  ...read more
