Dear HubSpot Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention a matter I have recently noticed regarding our favicon icon. As it stands, updating the favicon icon applies globally to all of our pages. While this may suffice for a single business, it becomes problematic when dealing with multiple businesses that require distinct favicon icons for their respective pages. Therefore, I would like to kindly request that you consider implementing a feature that allows for page-level customization of the favicon icon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hi, great idea to have deal collaborators as a deal property. What I'm missing is the ability to have it configured as a required field in a certain part of the sales process.

We have a lot of people saying that our meetings forms are broken and are unable to submit. however that's not the case. People need to scroll down to see the other fields to fill out but it's just not that obvious. this happens a LOT!

The idea is to find a potential solution for a process improvement in syncing activity with the object of origin in Deals to the associated object in Contact. So, any tasks or notes created in the deal record are also visible in the contact record.

It would be great to connect the Hubspot social calendar for a more seamless work. That way you will see on your work calendar (e.g., outlook, gmail) what Hubspot content is scheduled for when (and get calendar notifications) so that you don't miss a thing. (If you like the idea and it's possible, let's also extend this integration not only to Social calendar, but to the Campaign calendar too). Thank you so much!

Hey there Google Calendar has a feature "out of office" This is to block the calendar with other dependencies. Unfortunately Hubspot Meeting Tool does not recognize these out of office entries as blocked. It would be very good for us if these entries can be seen as not bookable. BR Kevin

We would like to have the possibility to add a contact to a static list while using the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in and Outlook desktop add-in. This function would help all users of the Outlook add-in and be helpful in reducing the amount of clicks one has to do in the system. The goal with this is to make the Outlook add-in more userfriendly and the added value is less clicks and it makes working with the add-in faster and more convenient. The feature function in the Outlook add-in (in Finnish: toiminnot) could have the function "add to static list". The features function could have a feature that is "add to static list"

I'm just experimenting with the Converstions API and the associated object. My goal was to try and filter incoming emails to determine whether the email was of the right type to generate a ticket. In fact I'm finding this hard to do and want to bring up the issues in hope of a HubSpot team update. The main issue is the challenge of extracting email content from the conversation. I've developed custom code workflow steps to extract some of the data, but when you return this informatin to the workflow there is nowhere to store the properties! You can't write to any Conversation object properties or add new properties to support such functionaility like you can do with most other objec types. This seems counter-inuitive for an otherwise powerful worflow feature! Can this limitation be removed? If that were done, then I could use workflows to create tickets of different tyoes according to the conversation/incoming email data

People who spam your lead generation forms need to be stopped. HubSpot should not create a contact record for spammers, instead, there should be a "report spam" action on the contact record and on the notification which, when selected, does a number of helpful, useful things: 1. It red-flags the email, name, and company as a "potential spammer". That way, anyone who may have this contact in their CRM will see the red flag. 2. if the spammer attacks other hubspot user's forms, the notification they recieve can be notified that the "lead" has been red-flagged as potential spam by other hubspot users. 3. Reporting spam immediately deletes the contact record from your account - poof! Furthermore: There should be an option when building forms with a toggle labeled: "Prevent red-flagged spammers from submitting this form". Enabling this toggle will immediately delete the submission if it was sent from an email that has been red-flagged as spam by other hubspot users.
