Our company sells a product around the country, and we have a sales team dedicated to their own 'local' territories. As leads come in via the contact form on our website, they are routed by state to the appropriate sales rep. So far, so good. The issue is for the bigger states that are services by 2 or 3 different reps. The lead rotation doesn't work, because each rep needs to remain in their local territory for actual physical visits to customers. And I don't want the customer who is filling out the contact form to have to jump through extra hoops to fill out the form. My solution is to include zip code data in the workflow for individual territories within a state (PA-East for example). The PROBLEM: Entering 100's of zip codes manually in the workflow is a tedious time-eater. If I (we customers) could upload a quick territory zip database (again, all zips for PA-East for example) and then assign as a workflow property, that would cut workflow creation time by 90%.
