It would be very helpful if there was an option to view the file manager thumbnails (specifically images) larger. It is very hard to tell what an image is by the small thumbnails being used now. The reporting/goal reporting tool is only able to report on current team data.   When an employee moves teams, I would like to be able to keep the historical team on previous goals.   Alternatively, it would be nice if I can set a start date and end date for each team in the user profile.    For example, Sales Rep X is Team A starting Jan 2023 and ending June 2023. Hi team, Currently, each marketing email filter will only apply for that specific email (e.g. Contact has clicked into email A ). Ideally, it would be useful for the customer to group marketing emails, and then check within this email group for clicks. I would love to see if there would be a way to create a report that show the total number of contacts over time? So I can see growth and even drops as we delete contacts. I appreciate we can keep the deleted contacts info, but it's helpful to have a reference point to when we might have removed contacts.  ...read more

We have just upgraded our HubSpot subscription and I start feeling that getting 'marketing contacts' is most crappy decision I have ever made.   As you can read here, then a number of important contact creation points cannot automatically set users to marketing contacts. Personally I see this as a major flaw as I cannot execture my marketing automations on the new contacts before I somehow set them to being marketing contacts... This is like a circular reference as I cannot trigger a workflow on a non marketing contact.   Requirement Contacts created by meeting booking must be possible to create as marketing contacts.   The default option is 'on' if your HubSpot account has marketing contacts.     Additional elements to add as marketing contacts by default: Contacts created by logging one-on-one mails Contacts created through the Outlook plugin (and Chrome and Firefox)   Please refer to this help article on gaps in the ability to set new contacts as marketing contacts by default.   https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/default-marketing-statuses-for-created-contacts ...read more

Checking the box to set future task while on a call or email if you change the future task to anything but the default, the new future task is set to no reminder causing user to manually change reminder form No Reminder to Reminder At task due time.   Please fix this as it is causing unnessary clicks and work. Currently you need to go into each individual records to identify a 'Global Bounce' record.    We should be able to report on these.    I would use that report/filter to highlight these records before an email is sent to that contact.    ...read more
