It would be very useful to allow the Copy Property Value to ONLY copy the value if the target property value is unknown (that is, don't overwrite existing data).

It would be nice to have built-in tools for building websites with large product catalogs and product taxonomy similar to what you have in Woocommerce. I don't think you need to fully support e-commerce shipping, taxes, etc. Also accommodate Wordpress site migrations with a woocommerce csv import option that pulls in product data, taxonomy, and auto imports product images.

Our system has hundreds of thousands of contacts. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to filter by the most recently clicked into contact records. This would help with organization and the ability to remember whom you viewed earlier in the day. I can't count the number of times I've gone through different records throughout the day and forget just one name where it would be nice to easily click back into.

For a complete overview regarding sales performance there is at least LinkedIn Conversations missing in the Sales Analytics overview to activities. Please add these to the activity types.

On a contact's timeline, Marketing Email activity is shown with the subject line of the email. I can identify an email much more easily from it's internal title than from the subject line, especially since we sometimes reuse subject lines for different emails. Also, in a workflow, the action is shown with the internal name of the email. This makes it incredibly inefficient to map a user's email activity to a workflow. It would be awesome if in a contact's timeline their marketing email activity could be shown based on the internal name, or at least if we had the option.

In the Board view for Deals, the Total Amount of the Deals in a stage column appears at the bottom of the each column. Having the option to add the Weighted Amount total at the bottom of the column would be helpful so that Deal owners and sales managers could compare at a glance the revenue estimate based on Deal probavility verssus the total amount. I know the Board view of Deals is an out of the box feature for HubSpot that does not currently allow that type of modification by users.

It would ba a good feature to be able to filter the emails by templates that was used. This would be a great way to see which templates are the most effective under different circumstances. And making it much easier when making changes to a template, to see the impact that the change has on the current emails in use. Thanks for the consideration.

Due to inability to filter engagements you get, this endpoint can get extremely slow. The fact that you have to grab all of the data and then sort it on your side is quite inconvenient -as well, since it would be much easier to get what you want from the get-go. It would be great to get engagements of specific type or filter them by ids (yes, I am aware that we have associations for that, but new endpoint returns only ids of the engagements), or even better - both, through the logical 'AND' and 'OR' operators.

We are currently thinking how we could implement a condition for personalized content on email and templates if the original property is blank. Right now, templates would simply allow us to set a default value if the property is blank but would it be better if we have an option to use a different one? For example, we are planning to use [Preferred name] on our emails, however that property is not always filled in and in those instances we can always use the first name or even the email (only for informal emails). Also, i think it's better to consider making it possible to work on vise versa as well by using token groups and defining heirarchy as an option during personalization.

In our company, we have some distribution lists containing all employees, some specific groups of employees, ... With employees leaving or new employees joining our company, these lists are always kept up to date by our IT team. If you are not really following me on this, see it like a specific email address you can mail to which will send the email to the employees in that list. These distribution lists can only be used from the Microsoft O365 server with a company email as authenticator. Now, if we don't want to do double work by also keeping our employee database up to date in hubspot manually, we would like to use these lists to send internal marketing emails. To keep it short: I want to connect to the Microsoft O365 (for us, should also be able to use Gmail for example) SMTP server and login with a company email. All future marketing emails should be sent from this server. The server will recognise the internal user and will be able to send to the distribution lists. I think this could also be relevant in other cases, please share your thoughts below!
