I would like the ability to exclude specific contact and/or company lists in HubSpot from my traffic analytics reports.    One use case can be found here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/exclude-traffic-from-your-site-analytics   Unfortunately, we haven't been able to use HubSpot's traffic reports in a meaningful way because some traffic results from known contacts skew the data. It would be great if we could have more exclusion filters to better match up with Google Analytics views. We currently receive numerous emails with various reports as attachments.  When we click on them, we are taken to a file preview page.  The page shows the file name, extension and size.  From there we need to download the file to see its contents.  It would be very helpful if the file preview pane allowed the ability to preview a snapshot of the file instead of just the name.   ...read more

Hello,   I would like to be able to view all booked appointments (as created via my Meeting Link) in a dashboard for entire team to see.  Thi is similar to being able to see all Team tasks. We should be able to see all Team appointments for the day, week, month, year without having to go to an integrated calendar to view.  I'd like to be able to view the booked meetings in a Dashboard, even if it's in a simple list like My Tasks.  Appreciate your consideration.  ...read more

I am taking over a lot of old company profiles from 2019 and 2020 and once I've gone through all the old material once there's no need to save all irrvelant posts ther I just want to save the most important ones.   However removing these posts is not good if for some reason I would need go back to check them later, I currently also don't have the right do delete them.     I would like a feature to be able to archive selected activites, notes, old overdue tasks for agents that quit and also contacts that has stopped working etc.  ...read more

It would be useful to be able to set-up Line Items in which the Unit Price CANNOT be changed by an end user.  The only way it should be possible to lower the Unit Price is by entering a % or $ discount.  This properly records any and all dicounts and eliminates the ability to circumvent discounting by simply updating the Unit Price.   Also, it would be useful to be able to set-up approval workflows based on the % dicount entered on the line item.  Basically dicounts below a threshold are pre-approved, but anything above the threshold needs to be approved.  This is more realistic then a workflow approving above/below an Amount.  ...read more

Hi guys,   There is an issue with the LinkedIn Ads integration whereby if you've duplicated a campaign in LinkedIn, HubSpot isn't able to differentiate the ads in the different campaigns and loses all tracking of contacts.   Given the campaign ID parameter is being pushed in as well as the ad info, is there any chance a filter could be created so that this issue doesn't occur?   We do a lot of LI ads for client's and we separate campaigns by targeting options and then group them into campaign groups for more granularity/control due to the high costs, so, this problem causes quite a few issues.    There was a really similar thing with the Facebook Ads integration last year so should be possible to fix hopefully 🙂    Thanks,   Byron  ...read more
