Hi, As diamond agency doing a decent amount of developments that include API's an inability to create a save staging environment to test and get client signoff on new features setup is very problematic. This is a core feature that adds additional cost to our customers for no reason.   Alternatively, while we can use the dev environment, the inability to replicate data from the live portal into it for testing purposes makes the whole setup very tedious (manual creation of all custom fields, settings etc.)    Lastly once developed we are missing an easy way to migrate (templates and settings, data not necessary) back to a live portal. As a nice to have feature - for a client that is being upsold in the specific hub -  the ability to copy a specific hub over from dev to a live portal would be great.   Both options would make HS safer and more convenient to develop in, especially with the new Ops Hub being available now. At the bare minimum: Please either implement staging environment or the ability to replicate entire HS between dev and live portal.   Update: basic Sandbox feature has been released for Enterprise customers: There is a closed beta allowing copies of workflows from a live portal to HS sandbox that slightly improves the functionality.  Unfortunately,  this is still just one-directional: Live to a sandbox. We need a way to copy changes back as well. A similar release feature as with website staging would be great. Also, we still can't test automated nurture since sandbox does not allow sending of marketing emails at all. (Would be great if HS allows at least HS users.) Please add support when creating a new product in the product library to duplicate an existing product and display in edit mode.  Currently its VERY inefficient when I'm trying to duplicate a product, with one variable change like size etc... I have to copy paste everything so I make sure it matches.  A duplicate product feature would solve this problem.  You would of course have to require it to be unique in some way upon save.   Also, please add support for duplicating a line item in quote rather than having to use the picker which is inefficient when the item is already populated in the quote.  For example, I often quote the same product at different qtys which requires different pricing.    ...read more

It would be really great if the system can reject bulk uploads if they do not contain certain set required fields. Similar to the input forms.   The fields should be specified by Admin as to what must be included in each bulk upload. ...read more

Hello   We have started using Deal Splits which is a great tool to have, but reminding users to enter this, isnt the easiest. We would like a way to have this field included as a Deal Stage Property so it can pop up or be required at Closed Stages. Hi guys   We sell products on recurring basis. But price varies from deal to deal.    Company a could pay 10000 USD Company b could pay 1000 USD on a monthly basis.    Currently the recurring pricing options doesn't allow for flexible pricing on a deal level.    Perhaps the pricing should not be set on the product, but on deal level?    If it is not, we have to create separate products for every single deal - creating thousands of of "products" in the platform. That would solve the problem of creating correct deal values and allow me to forecast across deals   But it would also create a new problem - not being able to forecast on a product level. Network Track Clicks is a measurement that is only available under each post and cannot be included in my social measurement dashboard. Therefore, I cannot track the total number of Network Track Clicks within a given time period. Is there any way to add this metric to the larger dashboard? In its current form, it only tracks Clicks, but I think it would be beneficial if I could track both. ...read more
