Currently, I don't see a simple way to see and/or get notified about an existing contact in your databse, who fills out a linkedin ad. The only way I can think to be notified when an exisiting contact fills out a linkedin form, is to create an elaborate workflow with the need to add each new linkedin ad and create dates.    There shoudl be a simeple way to identify someone who fills out a loinkedin form who was already in the databse.  Or am I missing somehting and there is a way to already do this? ...read more

Hi   We would like to propose that in the future it will be possible to have some sort of deal sorting on thre company view. I was told that the deals is listed by create with the oldest first, which seems odd to us as we would think it makes more sens to have newest first or perhaps by close either way it benefit if it was possible for the user to define his own sorting.   Any thoughts? ...read more

We're beginning to use the bulk email tool to send promotional emails to our B2B customer base.  When viewing the campaign through a contact record, it allows you to click the email that was sent, but that takes you to the entire campaign page.  With a sales team of nearly 100 people through 20 offices, it opens up entirely too much info and access, so we have to turn that function off in the permissions.  Instead, it would be perfect if the contact record would only show the email that was sent instead of the page with all the performance metrics (same as the clickable preview in the upper left hand corner of the campaign page).  Is this something that is in the works or could be put into motion?  ...read more

After hubspot announcement of multi currency support, we updated our product gallery to allow for this. After some tinkering, we were on track to use multiple currencies for our deals. However, now we realize the deal forecast report (on which we rely heavily) does the forecasting based on the deal amount, without taking exchange rates into consideration. This means that if I have a usd deal (ex rate = 1), uyu deal (ex rate = 0.03), it will sum both amounts as absolute values, which means the forecast is all wrong.   With the help of the support team we've created a custom report that adds the forecast for each stage, but it is not exactly the same, and we already use some custom reports, which means adding another is not an option.   ...read more

Hi!   I'd like to have company news displayed in the contact overview, similar to what Salesforce does.    This feature would be invaluable for sales reps: - When I open the contact I need to call in the morning, I then have to go to LinkedIn + google before being able to call them. Would love to have the latest info about their company directly in HS before I make my calls. I would be so. much. faster.  - The goal is for sales reps to sound smart, informed, and caring when I call prospects  and save time/make more calls/close more business/ grow faster with Hubspot :).  ...read more

When creating rules in your active lists to better organize your leads/contacts, there should be a setting to source leads by specific chatflows. We operate multiple locations, with each website having it's own chatflow. Our active lists now source all web and paid leads by zip code. As it is right now, our inbound live chat interactions sit separately.    It would be ideal to have the location folders updated with their corresponding live chat contacts.  ...read more

Need a way to identify (by creating a list for ex) all contacts for whom an email was not sent. Currently the only way to see this is either through an individual contact or email view. There is no comprehensive view of this.  ...read more

It would be great to be able to use the Campaign data in custom reports and workflows and mix it with custom properties I have, such as revenue.    Working with traffic data, campaign data (such as contacts who interacted with a campaign),  UTM information, etc in one place and mixing it with other info is vital for creating something meaningful.    ...read more
