Hello, The recurring deal is not something that currently exists on hubspot... The only way to have a recurring amount is to use the line item and the product library. However, in our business (online services), the clients decide every month if they want to stay on the same budget or increase the monthly amount they want to invest in our services. For this we have to create a new line item named "upgrade" to indicate that the client has started paying more from a specific date. 1. It would be simpler to modify the line item amount to modify this and still keep the historic of the client specifying when he has upgraded. If I modify the line item and upgrade it, it falses my revenues on the pasts months... 2. How do I indicate when the client decides to invest less? the only solution I was given from the support is that I have to create a new deal with a lower deal amount... This is just not satisfactory and extremely disappointing. I just don't know how I am going to present this solution to my managers...
