On each unique form submission, I would like HubSpot to include meta data, which includes standard information such as: - IP Address - Browser - Operating System - Time stamp - Referral Source - Page URL - ISP - Estimated Location etc (and any other standard information the web browsers provide) The reason for this is that you can not look at the form submission logs (and email notifications) and easily retrieve the form's referral source. You can only see this information in the customer or lead view, and not the form view. For example, if you have a customer who comes via PPC, and signs up and submits a registration/signup form, the customer's profile will show the referal source as "PPC", which is all well and good. 1 weeks later, the customer is sees a link to an eBook on Facebook, visits the landing page, enters there name/email and downloads the book. 2 weeks later, the customer performs an organic search, fills out a booking form. With HubSpot currently, you are unable to see the referal source for form completition after the users first form submission. In this case, the user filled out three forms, but it will all be attributed to a PPC click, not Organic and Social. Another reason why this is needed on the Form Submission level is if we promote a landing page across PPC, Social, and Email. You can't look at the Form Submission view, and easily distinguish the source where the user came from to fill it out.

Our online platform will be feeding data back to the Hubspot CRM via the API to populate certain custom fields. It would be ideal if we could mark these fields as 'read-only' so that they cannot be modified using the Hubspot UI.
Another possible solution to this is intorducing permissions by field, which would allow us to restrict the editing of certain fields to admins only (who know not to edit certain fields).

There should be a button on an individuals contact page, that lets me automatically export his info to Outlook. That way I don't have to enter new lead information into Hubspot, AND Outlook.. that's lame. Write some code to interface and populate a new contact in outlook please

There should be a way to segment lists by email so I can target leads that are within a certain distance of a set location. I can easily geotarget with every other platform. This one should, too.

Hi!
I think it would be great if creating a global email header was a possiblity. I created the attached header manually, but there's no way to make it a global module that I can add into my other emails. I discussed with Hubspot support that the best way to get this header into other emails is to just clone the template when I create new emails, but for old emails I'll either have to transfer them to the new templates and rework them into the workflows they're in, or manually build the entire header again. This just seems like a lot of work for a pretty simple thing that most brands have in their emails, and I think being able to create a module for this would help immensely.
Thanks!

Hi - right now we only have the ability to score if they click on it. Could we add comments, replies, retweets, mentions, etc.? I have some very loyal customers who interact with us on social but don't necessarily click so lead scoring isn't showing them as being "active." Is this a possiblity? Thank you!

I was disappointed to see that I can't do an A/B test in an automated email: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/how-to-create-an-a-b-test-email Marketo (a HubSpot competitor) allows this functionality. Can you add this to the product sometime? It's particularly helpful with a Welcome email sequence which is key to on-boarding new customers.

Currently, you can set HubSpot to automatically link a contact record to company by a email match - the problem being, if you work with franchise organizations, you could potentially link a contact to a company that they don't work for based upon having the same @franchise location email extension. It would be great if you could choose more options to link a contact to a company automatically, including a phone number match, an address match, etc. That way, depending on your webform you create, you could choose the option that best works for you.
