It literally makes no sense that there is only the opportunity to move a folder but not to duplicate it. It's such a waste of time, especially when the folder contains several subfolders. The possibility to just duplicate it or even let it generate via Workflow would be SO good

I would like to be able to view tasks associated with a contact from the Conversations inbox, the same way you can currently see tickets and deals.

I'd like to see an alert/notification of some sort to raise attention to social media posts that are scheduled but fail to publish for whatever reason. Perhaps it could be the choice of an email al, in-app notification or something else? Whatever the options are, there should be something that actively raises attention to a user, or select group of users, that a post was not published due to an error.

I'd love to be able to export the pivot table reports that I create in the report builder! Currently, I have to recreate the report in Excel in order to see the subtotals. I was asked to create a location (city + state/region) report of one of our audiences. The report was shared internally, but not with someone with HubSpot access. It would have saved me some time if I could see the subtotal of how many users per state.

Hello, my team uses HubSpot for marketing and other purposes. I work on the engineering team, and noticed that HubSpot does a great job of tracking 'activity' by a contact. This includes "Page Views". I would love it if the API could expose the full activity log of a contact, including "Page Views", including the url of the page they viewed. This would help immensely. Thanks

Super Admins with a Sales Pro seat should be allowed to enroll at a minimum, at least 10% of contacts based on their daliy send limit. At a maximum, 20%. Example: If an account's daily send limit is 500, then a Super Admin can enroll at least 100 but no more than 200 contacts in a sequence at one time. A user with the Bulk Enrollment permission and a Sales Pro seat will not have any change to their bulk enroll amount.

When creating custom modules that can be used on website and landing pages it would be great if there was a field type that could be used in custom modules that would allow us the ability to select a specific blog author to show posts from. Ideally, this would be much like the current feature where it displays all the current tags in the blog and only shows posts with that tag. This would be very useful when building website pages that highlight a specific team member.

Just adding to the existing discussions regarding this. Whenever a deal is created there is always a company and at least one contact. There are many benefits, but one thing I've done is create a workflow that auto-assigns SMs (to help streamline marketing) but if the contact/company are not linked when the SM takes ownership, the workflow cannot do its job. Please make this a mandatory field!

It is not unusual for our customers to use an invoice that we send to generate a PO number as the first step in their payment process. They then request that we send back the invoice, updated with the PO number. Currently, there is nowhere to add the PO number aside from the comments section. We have to unpublish the invoice, edit it, and hope they see the PO number in that unusual location. Can you add a PO number section to the invoice templates AND a way to update the invoice without unpublishing?
